Dreadful customer experience - One4all is not to be trusted.
Worst experience ever.
Purchased my One4all card with my debit card on 17th December and immediately received an e-mail saying "transaction not complete - please transfer One4all balance amount to IBAN IE32BOFA..." which I did.
On 19th December, my bank account was debited by the One4all balance amount as it should have been.
I notified my bank to cancel the 17th December amount but too late.
I've been trying to get the 17th December amount returned by One4all (dealing with more than 8 representatives over the intervening period) to no avail.
On Wednesday 12th February, One4all again informed me they can't locate the transfer.
Dreadful dreadful dreadful.
Never again.

Beyond belief how poor my experience…
Beyond belief how poor my experience has been. Got an email on 31st Jan saying they have been dispatched. Check tracking number every day and A Post are saying they haven’t received them. Ring Customer Service deal with a nice guy but he says oops sorry about that. I’ll get replacement ones sent out it will be ANOTHER 5-7 days. Truly shocking. With so many options out there what is your USP any more

Difficult to contact
Was not able to get an answer from their phone lines to resolve queries we were having with our business account that then impacted our staff's experience with receiving their bonuses. Emails were bouncing back stating that we need to be on approved senders list which defeats the purpose of support emails / contacts.

Be aware that ordering on the .com site the transactions are in sterling. Even though the account held is on the .ie site.
Customer Service staff do not relay the correct information and are obviously not fully trained.

Cards going missing , then cancelled on me , then no values been a nightmare on two separate occasions with 4 cards in total , after Xmas and still missing two worth 300€

Easy to use chip and pin , good way to reward employees .
The monthly interest charged after a period of time needs to be extended to 5 years as that’s what some of the competitors are doing .
