Portal use was easy and straightforward. No issue other than a slight delay in posting out the cards which I clarified with a telephone call.

We ordered vouchers for work online and received them in the following days. However, the postage was tracked but they did not ask anyone to sign for them, which we would have liked to do due to the value

The chip and pin card is great as you can add it your wallet and just tap away. There are a lot more shops taking the card as well. It would be great if Dunnes & Super Valu did!

Lost €1500 Gift Card
Every year, I order a card for our MD on the 8th Nov. This year we ordered a €1,500 gift card, but it never arrived at our office. When I called on the 17th Nov, I was told the card isn’t sent via registered post, and they had no idea where it was. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend using One4All.

I can confirm the cards were sent via tracked postage, and are showing as delivered on the 18th of November. As these have not been received, I can see that you have requested for a refund to be processed. This will arrive within 5-7 working days from the time of request.

It doesn't work in many of the stores that are gift related such as Smyths.

Biggest diesapoitment so far was that it works in stationary shop (Sports Direct) but doesn't work in online version of that store.. That's just idiotic.
Either work everywhere as you should or don't work at all.

Failure to deliver cards
An post delivered cards of substantial value to the wrong address. The correct address was clear on our order. The company was sent signed 'proof' of receipt of cards which we never received. This is unacceptable, the letters containing the cards, contain personal details. Furthermore, the error created unnecessary aggravation for the recipients. An Post have shown no interest in the reported error.

System looked for confirmation code to verify my account which I had to repeat several times as I never recieved a verification code. Also I recieved confirmation after the purchase that I had bought the digital card but not to where it had been sent. It was a gift and I have to contact the person to see if they recieved same

Ordered a card for Euro 500
Ordered a card for Euro 500. It took 7 (working) days, 9 days in total, for the card to arrive. This is ridiculously slow. Normal post is 1 to 2 days from Dublin. I believe it’s an attempt to force you to pay extra for the 1 - 2 day service. There are plenty of other card companies out there who get the cards to you much quicker. I’ll go back to using them.
