Bad attitude!
Ordered a very sizeable amount of one4all cards on 17th December. Today is 24th December and I still have not had delivery of cards. Staff all gone home yesterday without any gift! Got an email in 18th to say “shipped”??? Have rang twice since, but the person who eventually answered is kind but clueless!! A post hadn’t received them up to yesterday but one4all say they are shipped!! Who do they think they are fooling? Sadly very little regard for the customers who keep their company alive.

Hi Carol, our sincere apologies for the issue. We can confirm that your order left our premises on the 16th of December and should have been received within 2-3 working days as standard post was selected.
We can also confirm that your request for the cancellation of the order was submitted as per your request on the 23rd of December. All refunds are processed within 48 hours by Customer Service however we do advise to allow 5-7 working days for your bank to make this visible to you.

Terrible customer service.
I purchases a large corporate order of Gift Cards.
They printed the delivery address, my name and home address on all Gift cards.
I cant hand out gift cards with my personal name and address.
Contact customer support and told someone will ring me back. 5 more phone calls with several hours on the phone later and 6 days still waiting to speak to someone who can resolve issue.
Most shops also laugh when you ask do you take one 4 all vouchers. you need to look at the list and plan where you are going to spent your card.
