Sick of Premium Creep
The greatest thing for me was the dollars saved. My insurance doesn’t commence for another three weeks, yet they alerted us to potential hail storms expected in our location yesterday. That shows me that they care. Even though we can’t move the house we could move outside furniture and cover or tie down objects. Previous insurers haven’t done that. If companies want loyalty they should hold your cost increase unless you have to make a claim. No claim, no rise. Especially for seniors/pensioners. They will still make profit from new customers.

Great Experience with One Big Switch
We had been looking to review our Health Insurance for some time now, but never got around to it as it was so complicated. One Big Switch had a recent promotion with HCF which we checked out. The Quote process was relatively complex due to all the options involved but once these were set to our satisfaction we then asked for some help over the phone. Their consultant was excellent to deal with and with good knowledge. She didn’t try to sell us something more costly which was good but did make sure we had all of the benefits we needed. Transfer between funds was easy to do as HCF arranged this for us. Overall very happy.

Looking for cheaper car insurance
was looking for a cheaper insurance cost with the same cover & found it. Old provider just increased cost by >$120 this year. The bonus offer was just that. I saved around $400 excluding the bonus.
