**Ignored My Cancellation Request for Over Five Months**

I emailed One Country on May 30, 2026, explicitly requesting immediate cancellation of my membership and written confirmation. Despite that clear request, they continued charging my PayPal account $4.99 every month.

More than five months later, I was still being billed. I finally had to go into PayPal myself and revoke their authorization to prevent further charges.

I've now sent a second cancellation request demanding reimbursement for the charges made after my original request.

It's not about the $30. It's about a company failing to honor a straightforward cancellation request and putting the burden on the customer to stop the billing.

Canceling a subscription shouldn't be this difficult. Based on my experience, I would not recommend One Country.

The Ozark cabin or 1.5 million & other sweepstakes is a SCAM YOU LEGALLY CANNOT WIN IN MULTIPLE STATES literally unable to win by LAW yet these immoral thieves NEVER ONCE state it while checking out or when you enter your address disgusting stealing from people who don't have much & give them false hope i want a REFUND or I will take action

I was reading the policies and seen an error. They responded promptly. Great team.

The experience is giving me a chance to communicate with others and introducing me to various different musicians i never heard before it’s also giving me confidence in knowing i can easily access an app without worrying about interruptions great people and great purses i am impressed.

Charged after canceling subscription. I was explicitly told that I would not be charged again...

One Country sent me a replay to my request to cancel membership, in only an hour or so! I really appreciate the rapid reply!! This company was great to be with for years and wish them well in their missions!

One Country was really great with canceling my membership. What they did not do is provide answers to my repeated enquiries - except to say they were a for profit company. They would not disclose where my membership fees and additional purchases (of tickets) were going. Who my money was supporting? It could be a hate group, anti- government militia or Mary Poppins - they would not say and I could not, in good conscience, provide funds to an unknown entity,

I purchased boots from this website a couple months ago. I am trying to exchange them with a different size. I've emailed every email address provided and left voicemails to any number I could find. I'm still waiting for a response. At this point I just want to send the shoes back and get a refund. How do I get in touch with these people??????

It has been great being able to communicate with One Country and their quick response back and taking care of our request.

Also trying to cancel my membership, sent them an email and just got the auto response then a few weeks later got a support email asking to review my support experience . Well I have no experience , I can’t find anything saying my request was completed to cancel acct . Also I can’t even log in to my account because it’s says incorrect password but the password reset does not work , extremely frustrating experience . I will never sign up for any similar service again.

I would highly recommend One Contry
as a very reputable charity.
Their premise that we are one country is very important in this time of negativity.
I believe in this and will ALWAYS be a member.GOD BLESS YALL 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
