Asked multiple times to stop getting charged it is ridiculous that I am unable to cancel on my end. Makes the company feel fraudulent and like I have been scammed. For a company called 1 country you’d think they’d have a little more respect for people that have given to the cause. Very dissatisfied. Will continue to review till I stop being charged

One country works really hard to take care of its donors. It offers many opportunities to attend country Western concerts. Their giveaways include vehicles and a beautiful country home and other opportunities.

I sent a cancellation email to end my subscription. Two days later they charged me for another month instead of canceling subscription. It has now been 10 days since I contacted customer support to cancel and no one has responded. So now I have to freeze the card they have on file to stop the charges they may attempt in the future.

Katt & rest of you have been great to respond to my requests. I enjoy chatting with you.

I changed credit cards and possibly changed my subscription to two new subscriptions. I contacted OneCountry and the issue was quickly resolved by a very courteous Katt.

I contacted One Country about a question that I had and was replied to promptly. Great customer service.

I unsubscribed from their platform over a year ago to finding my email was not being added for the prize drawings. Now I've discovered that I'm still being auto billed through PayPal each month. What is wrong with this organization? when responding to my complaint they didn't even address my issues. I'm fed up and want a full refund.

I agree, customer service is terrible.I tried emailing.I did also didn't realize that once I quit giving them money that I no longer had any entries into anything.I don't even have an account anymore.They just closed it. I finally just cancel it on my PayPal account so they can't deduct any more money.I paid thirty five dollars a month for a year.

To all those that are trying to cancel their payment and/or membership. Call your card company and cancel your credit or debit card. Whatever account the money is being withdrawn from.

My Email address "Not Found"... Funny: they don't have any problem taking my money every month! Going to contact my Bank and block OneCountry, then contact the FBI Internet Fraud Unit: Google those words and the link will come right up, they won't let me post it here.
Also go Viral on Social Media so that this scheme becomes well known!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription, I have followed the link to “cancel” which takes me to a support email. I have sent 3 emails at this point, there is no # to call to cancel. Please cancel my subscription!

Update: right after leaving this review it was responded to by OneCountry asking me to email chels at onecountry dot com. I forwarded all of the emails I had sent to the support address to Chels. By the 11th, I followed up again. I have still yet to receive any kind of response from either support at onecountry dot com or chels at onecountry dot com.

I've been paying $75/month to One Country since February 2024 and have never needed to contact their team until recently. Three weeks ago, I received an odd email saying I was getting a gift card for being a member for 2 months… despite having been a member for a full year. I wasn’t expecting a gift card, and the messaging was confusing, so I replied to their support email (support at onecountry.com) to clarify.

Ten days passed with no reply. I followed up, and still, nothing. Now, it’s been three full weeks, and I haven’t heard a single word back. Their support at onecountry.com address is listed as their main contact method, but apparently, no one monitors it.

In 2025, this kind of silence is unacceptable for a customer who gives them $75/month. Emails should be responded to within hours if not 24 hours at the very least. Very irritating.

I also have tried to cancel using thier instructions .... email support. Have done so twice. No response.

The number they list for contact goes to Disney privacy, after several selections, it also tells you to email support. Try it and see for your self. Or email support with a questions, see if you ever get a response.

Getting ready to try and contcat celebrities connected to this, as well as my local TV news and news papers. People should know about them before they sign up.

Acts like a scam...does not allow people to easily stop thier membership.

Costumer service terrible. Basically just told me how I was the one in the wrong. Why don’t they make it easy to unsubscribe? Are they afraid of people ending their subscription?

Cannot cancel. No replies to cancel and cannot leave a message. SCAM

They have no way to ever stop reoccurring payments. You must send an email and HOPE THEY FOLLOW THRU. NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL TO VERIFY YOU'VE BEEN REMOVED. IT MAY NOT BE BUT IT LOOKS REAL SCAMMY!!! GET A PHONE NUMBER SO YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEONE!!!!

I have contacted One Country for over a year and a half about not charging my credit card. I have also recently changed my credit card number. They still charged my card without authorization. I used their contact info on the web page and emailed them. One Country has charged over $500 dollars since the first email I sent. Now that I see I am not the only one. This is pretty sad that they would use something like wounded soldier to scam people.

They say no purchase required. Wrong. You gotta pay $4.99 +/- per month, for 75 entries. That is the cheapest. So, as far as I am concerned, they are liars.
