One Day Tests - Croydon Reviews 

I am petrified of needles. I went to one day tests in Croydon and Viviane was the lady who took my blood. She was so lovely and reassuring and before I know it it was over with. Really recommend going there

Booked an ultimate blood performance at
the Croydon clinic. Results were super fast and got a detailed report. Much recommended.

Very good experience. Staff is friendly and made me feel comfortable, also explained everything nicely. Got results the next day. Took about 15 minutes total, very quick and professional.

A unique opportunity to measure Troponin-T from home.

I wanted to measure my Troponin-T level due to intrusive and long lasting burning chest pain and heart jumping symptoms (worse laying flat) I recognised from the pandemic.

No other company offers this test from home as far as I know (for a patient ordered online test) and it's not available from the NHS via a GP either as you have to go to an A&E and it's up to them to decide if you have it or not!

The phlebotomist, (Vivian from Brazil) was immaculately presented in her white lab coat, friendly, pleasant and talkative which made a nice change and let me relax. Even better, she managed to give me the least painful blood test I've ever had. It was literally painless.

I got my result back and it was raised. Thanks to that, a subsequent doctor I saw believed the original result and repeated it (which had now increased), which they wouldn't have done if Onedaytests hadn't offered the test online.

Onedaytests phoned up as soon as the same day the result was available and voiced their concerns I should see a doctor, which was a first for an online company to show any concern over an abnormal result.

I'm very impressed with the company due to their professionalism and efficiency and will use them now as my regular testing service.

Excellent and easy service from start to finish. Viviane in Croydon took my blood , I was extremely nervous as it was my first blood test. She was extremely reassuring and took my blood very quickly. I would highly recommend this service.

I recently visited the blood testing clinic and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The staff, including the doctor, were exceptionally friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout the process.

What stood out most was the speed and efficiency — I received my results on the same afternoon, which was much faster than I expected. The entire experience was smooth, accurate, and well-organised.

I would highly recommend this clinic to my friends and anyone in need of reliable and quick blood testing services. Truly a top-notch experience.

I am very scared of needles, but Vivian was amazing and made me forget about that. This was the first time that i didn't feel the panic when i went to a blood test.

It was easy to book the appointment at a time and venue suitable for me.
I was seen promptly on arrival and the results received later that same day.

The price showed in the advertising did not tell me straight away about the final cost, which I found a bit tricky. Would check my blood more frequently if cheaper.

FRAUD
I trusted this company with a time-critical blood test which was fully paid in advance and confirmed by email. When I arrived there (in the alleyway off a street market where the branch is), the place was closed, shutters down and all.
I immediately contacted them - too busy to answer the phone, tell you to leave a message) and email them geo tagged and time stamped pictures of the place. I even bothered to shake and "knock" on the closed dirty grafitti covered shutters to no answer.
Customer service now refuses to refund me and compensate the additional cost of having it done in another lab given I needed an answer on that day (nevermind the inconveniece and a work day wasted) saying there was a back door I missed. I asked for proof of the signage pointing to that door and they unilaterally closed my complaint and washed their hands, no care in the world. I will be pursuing legal action but feel I really need to share this as they should not be trusted with important mattters such as one's health.
Criminal company, not to be trusted at all.
UPDATE: I have submitted pictures of the closed store geo and time stamoed with no signage whatsoever to an altetnative entrance. I would gladly share them here if the option was available. Onedaytests insists as per answer below there was signage to alternative door but they can't provide any evidence. I have asked for it multiple times and received no answer at all.
This is clearly a dishonest company not to admit the failure and keep my money. I do not need this test anymore, it was time critical and I spent twice the amoynt of money again to have it done on that day with a reputable provider instead. I will report them and pursue compensation but want to prevent other people from falling into their trap
