On time, quick and efficient and polite

I arrived early and was seen very promptly. The lady who carried out the test was very helpful and informative about the procedure and when I could expect results.

From booking to testing through to results One Day Tests, London was seemless. Staff were professional and friendly. The clinic was super clean and modern. I’ve had lots of blood tests and I can honestly say I didn’t feel the “sharp scratch” or have any bruising afterwards.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. They explained everything, including how to interpret the results and put me at ease.

Easy booking,and very professional at location

The whole process was easy and smooth from start to finish — both the website experience and the in-person appointment with the nurse. Results came back quickly and were easy to read. The nurse was extremely professional, and the blood test itself was quick and painless thanks to her. Highly recommend!

Online booking was hassle free, staff was welcoming and professional,short waiting period at the test centre and results are delivered within the shortest possible time.I got mine in the evening of the same day I had my samples taken at the centre.

The booking and payment procedure was very straightforward.
The blood test was carried out on time very little waiting.
The results came through on the same day so extremely efficient.
There was also some follow up to ensure I was getting appropriate medical help.
I will definitely use again.

Best experience with blood-work to date. From the moment I made the appointment, to the moment I got the results everything had been seamless. Valentina (who took my blood sample) was SO good at this, it was over before I knew it. Oh and I got all my results on the same day. I have found my go to when I want any blood test done.

I'm terrified of needle but the nurse was so patient and helpful. Even had a special trick to take my blood as my very small veins love to jump around lol

It does what it says and was efficient, easy to book and results were with me about 24 hrs later.
I wanted blood tests without having to buy the rest of the health package from a competitor and it worked well.

Cant fault this experience. Clear and comprehensive website, easy booking process, local clinics, loads of available timeslots and excellent professional friendly staff, especially the nurse who took the blood. the results werent promised the same day but they arrived via email as promised less than 5 hours after the blood was drawn. Results were clear and explained well via the portal online. Five stars easily.
