Very easy to book, no GP referral required and the tests my GP said they can't do on NHS, these guys did. Their prices are very reasonable. The lady at the Reading branch was very friendly professional and the results came the next day in emails. 5 stars to them.

The appointment was very useful and highly satisfactory, as well as being seen by most pleasant staff, especially the phlebotomist. I was able to ask as many questions as I needed, with help being provided for accessing any more information or my results on the website afterwards. I was able to get a test the next day for my daughter. The lady who did the blood test was exceptionally nice Nd made her feel very comfortable. Test results came through the next day, quicker than expected.

Making an appointment was very easy, the location was easy to find and well-signed, the staff were very welcoming and professional, the appointment happened at the scheduled time with no waiting around, and the results came back the following day (and with adequate explanation of their significance).

I was looking for a male health test covering 40+ biomarkers to rule out some basic factors after a recent illness. After looking around i settled on a test from one day tests as it was the most comprehensive of its type. In addition it was cost effective and very easy to arrange simply by having a blood sample taken at a clinic and one day tests did the rest. A Big thank you to the lady in the clinic at Reading who was helpful in explaining everything and very efficient in taking the blood sample, i was on my way in a few minutes. I could barely believe it when all the test results appeared in my inbox the very next day around midday. All good and very reassuring to get answers so quickly. I would highly recommend this health service provider.
