Good experience
The car was delivered to our hotel in Krakow on time, the guy who delivered was polite ans patience. car was new, clean with full tank. The car was picked up in Warsaw hotel on time as well. Will rent again with them.

2 of the cars were late, 1 wasn't ready at all
2 of the cars were late, we had to pay for the airport parking, one of the cars was not ready at all so we had to wait 15 people for a few hours..

Overall everything was very good
Overall everything was very good, the car was delivered on time, clean and tidy. The only thing that bothered us a little was that it was not explained to us at the beginning that the full insurance is paid for at the end and the nice guy who came to pick up the car at the end of the rental period did not speak English. Since I speak a little Polish and together with Google Translate I managed to understand it in the end but it took us about 40 minutes instead of 5 minutes.

I had a great experience with OneRent in Krakow. I was upgraded to a higher-class car, the support line was helpful, and communication with the representatives was good.
The pickup and drop-off were not exactly on schedule, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, I was very happy with the service.

We had a great experience with One…
We had a great experience with One Rent! The service was friendly, professional, and smooth from start to finish. The car was brand new, with only around 2,000 km on it, and everything was perfect.
We really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend One Rent to anyone looking for a reliable car rental company in Poland! 🚗🇵🇱

Excellent exoeiance from start to end
Excellent exoeiance from start to end! Everthing was smooth and fast. getting the car on my location by the driver, dropping the car at Krakow airport, fast smooth and professional service with very good customer service attitude. Great english speak and everything was clear. I will definitly will rent again.
