Excellent service.
The car that was provided was very new. Getting the car was pretty simple and when I needed to change a day of return it was confirmed smoohtly.
I do think it was better to vewrify with me about a specific return point but this was my mistake that I didn't understand it is up on me.

Everything was great from recieving the vehicle at the airport, in a comfortable point (not with all renting companies). The staff waited patiently with no extra charge (due to long waiting time because of new Europe system). The vehicle was brand new. Comfortable. And also the returning point was next to our hotel. Also the communication with the staff was nice and patient.
