Service is good, loved the communication before receiving and returning the car.
There was a 2 hour delay in receiving the car in Krakow which caused us to make some changes to our plans but overall experience was good.

Easy pickup & return. The car was not new, yet in good condition and suited our needs. Would recommend and rent with the company in the future.

Honest, everything was said in the minute we rented the car. The staff was very nice and professional.

The service and the car were both of a high standard. However, when I returned the car, the agreement with your representative was that he would meet me at the airport entrance. Unfortunately, he did not show up and instead asked me to park the car in the company’s parking lot, which was inconvenient for me.

Great experience with ONE RENT in Poland.

The car was ready on time, and the return process was quick and very efficient. We received exactly the car we wanted, clean and with a full tank of fuel.

As requested in our booking, we also received a child safety seat, which was clean and in good condition.

On the last day, I needed to postpone the return time by 30 minutes, twice, and both changes were easily arranged by email.

The pick-up and return location is at a parking lot near the airport, with a shuttle running every few minutes, so getting there and back was very convenient.

Overall, a smooth and hassle-free rental experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, car in excellent condition, in good condition with no accidents or scratches.
They brought me the car to the hotel, helped me with the multimedia, the representative left me his cell phone for any problems.
The pickup was from the hotel near the airport.
Payment was upon receipt of the car.
