Good car good service

Korzystałem z usług tej firmy w ramach Porsche asistance . Samochód który oddali do mojej dyspozycji był niższej klasy , brudny i użyczony z kilkugodzinnym opóźnieniem . Kierowca postawił warunek bym go odwiózł do sąsiedniego miasta 🤯 nigdy więcej nie skorzystam , nie polecam ich

the car itself was clean and great. it was a new Skoda and it was very equipped.

the process of getting the car was easy, although it took time because the y forgot the kids booster, and we had to go over their place, then the place was locked and we had to wait. after getting the booster, the parking gate didn't opened, and we had to wait much more time.
the return was very fast.

Good communication. Nice staff. New modern and clean vehicle.

The best service we ever got renting a car in Europe.

Wynajem z One Rent na dwa tygodnie to pełen profesjonalizm i zero problemów. Auto było czyste, nowoczesne, w świetnym stanie technicznym i bardzo ekonomiczne. Szybki odbiór, bezproblemowy zwrot oraz miła obsługa sprawiają, że bez wahania wystawiam zasłużone 5 gwiazdek i polecam każdemu.

Hidden costs are terrible

שירות נוח, נגיש, מותאם אישית, בעלות סבירה ביותר והכי חשוב הכל בחיוך. איסוף והחזרת רכב בתיאום עם הנהג, בכל מקום שמסוכם מראש. מומלץ מאוד, חברה הכי טובה שפגשתי בנסיעות הרבות שלי.

Super obsługa. Wszystko na czas. Auto zgodnie z oczekiwaniami. Nowe i czyste. Polecam

Overall the car was great and clean. It was ready and waiting for us when we arrived.
2 things for improvement:
1. We were delayed at border control for more than 2 hours, and due to that a rep. Did not wait for us. We had to take a shuttle. While there were instructions, it took us a few minutes identify the stop where we were supposed to wait. And it took a while until a shuttle arrived and for us to understand we're the right shuttle.
2. I returned the car at 3 am as planned. I was surprised to find out nobody is waiting for me. I wasn't sure what to do. I didn't get any prior instructions. It would be best to leave instructions for late returns.

Otrzymałam niezastąpioną pomoc we wszystkim od pana Michała z One Rent. Zasady przejrzyste. Cena niewygórowana. Samochód taki jak sobie życzyłam. Bardzo dobrze oceniam współpracę z firmą.

I arrive at the parking tina at around 22:00 and I had to wait for 25 min till someone arrived.
after that the person check the car for more then 20 min before he gave it to me.

Podstawiono czysty samochód, zadbany z niewielkim przebiegiem. Przekazanie auta w kilka minut.
Marka, model i wyposażenie auta zgodny z oczekiwaniami.

Samochód podstawiony zgodnie z ustaleniami. Dobry kontakt zarówno z infolinią jak i kierowcą podstawiającym auto.
Auto w zasadzie w porządku poza wycieraczką kierowcy, która miała uszkodzoną gumę. W efekcie nie zbierała dołem oraz górą. Za to zabieram jedną gwiazdkę.

The staff was very courteous and patient. Picking up and dropping off the vehicles was easy and quick. The vehicles were clean and in excellent condition.

Pan który przekazywał mi auto z kluczami wszystko świetnie mi wyjaśnił .

Cars were clean and comfortable.
Excellent service, very kind people and easy problem solving by phone or email.
