Online Pharmacy 4U Reviews 

Horrible experience. I ordered a hypoallergenic milk for my son 2 weeks ahead of when I expected to need it, and it still hasn’t arrived and I don’t know what we’re going to do this weekend. I spent £400 on it and have had to place another order through another site so I can get some sense of when it will arrive. I have no idea if the original order will arrive as it said it was shipped on April 15th but no one has been able to confirm that. Given they deal with sensitive medical products and seem to have no interest in delivering in a timely manner (if at all, we shall see), I would avoid at all costs. Like others I tried to call and there is no response, and when I was finally able to get through the person was NHS and couldn’t help with my order, and admitted there was no help line for non-NHS orders.

I paid for a prescription which they subsequently rejected for a reason I do not understand. They then took an age to refund me and deducted a £10 admin fee. My prescription was accepted at the next online pharmacy I applied to. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere, this company is rubbish.

I ordered about £50 worth of items 3 days ago. Immediately after the online order, I got an email to ask to confirm my payment detail before the transaction can be completed. I thought this was strange, as normally you get a confirmation of your order.
So, trying to call customer service, but unfortunately, no one be able to answer as it was a weekend. Cannot leave a message as the answering machine was full. But it did ask to send enquiry via an email. After reading all the negative comments I was convinced it was a scam.
But, I thought let's wait till Monday. Phew! I got confirmation email that my order had been dispatched and delivered on Wednesday.

SCAM WEBSITE! DO NOT TRUST!

I ordered:
2x 25g of diphenhydramine hydrochloride cream

I got:
1x 25g of mepyramine maleate cream

I sent an email because no one answers the phone, if you don't trust me, try the number on the website yourself for a general inquiry.
The email reply said:

"We appreciate your business and value your trust in our products and services.
We would like to inform you that, due to current manufacturing shortages in the marketplace, the brand of the product you ordered did state that brand may vary on the description. While we strive to provide the exact brands listed on our website, these shortages sometimes necessitate the use of alternate, high-quality brands to fulfil orders promptly. If you read the item description is does clearly also state that brand may vary."

They clearly didn't even read the email and this is just an automated response they're sending out to everyone who's getting the wrong products. What they're basically saying is the equivalent of "we don't have paracetemol so here's some ibuprofen". It's not the same!

They're not answering phone calls and not responding to further emails so I am not reporting this via Citizens Advice.

They will likely say to me "real reviews are available at [reviews io/company-reviews/store/online-pharmacy4u co uk]" but I've checked my order emails and the site itself and there's no link provided to give a "genuine" review on that site.

My order number is #262827, I ordered on 06/04/25 and if anyone is concerned that I'm not genuine, you can email me at cdmciver at gmail dot com and I'll send you pictures of my "brands may vary" order.

If they're a legit company and they do actually follow through with this complaint, I'll update this post.

If CAB give me any updates, I will also update this post so everyone can see that this is genuine.

After seeing the reply below, I am adding this update.

I did not hesitate to reach out, I am still waiting for a reply to that email.

Additionally, as I mentioned in the earlier review, they have still failed to address the fact that I was only sent 25g instead of the 50g that I ordered and have made no offer to rectify this issue.

You simply ignored what I asked you to do. I asked you to cancel the order and in your greed you ignored my request and process the order anyway. Not to worry, the medication is inappropriate and your pharmacist should have recognised that. I will be making a complaint to the General Pharmaceutical Council so the couple of pence you earned in profit will be worth nothing compared to dealing with the administrative burden of my complaint. It would have been better to listen to your customer!

update - Before you post claiming that you don't use Trustpilot well then why are you posting. Nobody uses the other site you suggest because you manipulate the reviews. Although not fully free, TP at least publishes some part of the truth. So come on, tell me how you don't use Trustpilot but be honest and say it's because you cannot control the reviews! By the way your order arrived today and was poor quality and overpriced

Very easy to find exactly what I was looking for and delivered to my door in a couple of days.

i purchased a skin cream, it was in a blue box on the picture and they sent me a completely different one it was in an orange box and was a different cream to the one i ordered! which incidentally i could have bought from my local chemist a 100m down the road for half the price! when i complained they said they had ran out of stock for the one i ordered so without asking me if the orange one would be ok they just posted it to me! then they came out with a jaw dropping statement and said that the brand may vary iv heard of the color may vary but not the brand mind you they said that was written in the smallprint!!..i asked for the right item to be posted or a refund,they refused both, citing that i should have read the small print!..to me this is just bad buisiness sense? just thought i would share this.

I placed an order and had a query, so I emailed Pharmacy 4U and they replied almost immediately, to my satisfaction. They attached a picture of my parcel in the secure place at my home.
Great after sales service.
My order was delivered a couple of days after it was placed.
I will buy from them again.

4 weeks since I placed my order. No replies to my emails about when delivery is expected. I’m now having to go through my bank to reclaim my money as this company shows no intention of fulfilling my order

The first time I have used this company but it won’t be the last. The consultation process was easy to navigate and quickly found the medication I required, and my order was quickly approved. I had a query after I placed my order so emailed the company and received a reply swiftly. My order was delivered to me on a Sunday, which I was most impressed with. A first rate company with excellent customer service….thank you.

Customer service is fantastic ,sorted out my problem within a day .

This company is clearly a scam. And before the company comments on this review, yes it is for the online-pharmacy4U, not another company they are trying to say we are all mistaking them for. This company is awful, by the look of the amount of reviews here for the same issues they are clearly running a fraudulent business.

I ordered a product at the beginning of March 2025. It was ordered with royal mail tracked 24 so should have been delivered within 1-2 business days. It's now 30th March and no delivery. Two chaser emails sent with no reply from the company. Third chaser sent requesting immediate refund, still no reply.

This company is fraudulent and is taking customers money without sending out goods. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible company. They never respond to emails and their returns policy is truly awful. Strongly recommend not to use them.

Couldn't get help from surgery ( tried for 2hrs)).Called pharmacy4U cheerfully dealt with quickly. I have been using them for some time for regular prescriptions. VERY HAPPY to get sorted. BIG thank-you!!!!

Ordered a product online. Hayfever spray. This was advertised as 140 sprays for 11.99. I was delivered a bottle of 60 sprays. So less than half of advertised amount.
I have tried to call, but there is no way to speak to a person about this. I have also sent an email

Very disappointing. This is at best an error, and at worst deliberately misleading. Not being able to discuss this with customer service is really extremely poor

Having read the above reviews and defence from pharmacy4u, I believe, like myself, those with a bad experience have ordered from pharmacy-4u.co.uk which appears dodgy. I’ve made a large transaction after which the alarm bells began to ring and I’ve noticed the discrepancy in the web address : (

Sent the wrong item I even proved it with what they sent and what the delivery note said I had ordered but no come back - dreadful company to get hold of and customer service is zero rated

Absoute disgrace of a company. They took my money the items were delivered somewhere else and then the items were returned to them. I asked for my money back or the items to be resent they have said no to both. I am reporting them for bad conduct. Please do not use this company they are a scam fraud and badically this is theft as they have the items back with them and will jot give me my money back. I would not give them 1 star.

This company have been very happy to take my money but very poor in providing any kind of service in return. They ignore emails, they won't provide a refund, I'm not even sure if they are a legitimate pharmacy or have anyone qualified working for them. Avoid at all costs!!!
