Nul point. Promised notification never received.
I registered with them, opened an account and filled a prescription questionnaire fully and successfully, I was told to wait for a notification after the prescription questionnaire validity would be confirmed, this was 10 days ago, I had no notification at all neither by email nor sms. My account is marked active but I can't do anything with it. I now want to cancel my account and cannot find how to do this. Hence this review.
I have now read the reply to my statement by a company calling itself Online Pharmacy 4U. They suggest I didn't know the nameof the company I was writing my review about. At the very least they are being disingenuous not to admit that there is another company claiming to have the same name! The company I was writing about has web address onlinepharmacy-4u.co.uk , differing perhaps from the replier's by the position of the hyphen, and appearing to have the same logo! They should take it up with Trustpilot who ought to know how to handle the situation rather than supinely asking me to edit my comment!

Sent me the wrong item and when I asked for a refund they only offered me 15% unless I paid and returned the item myself! Absolutely disgusting, avoid this company if you want to receive the right item and don't want you money stolen.

We therefore offered you a free returns label so you could send the item back at no cost to yourself, and once returned, we confirmed we would provide a full refund.
Hopefully, this clears up any confusion regarding your 15g small cream tube. We always aim to resolve matters fairly and ensure our customers are satisfied.
Totally random what you actually receive
I sent a complaint email in June because they randomly sent out the wrong HRT, I didn't order it and have no idea why their system sent the prescription to the GP. I have not had a response. They have also sent me generic HRT when my prescription says it must be branded.
They recently sent me HRT without the applicator so they are not usable, I also emailed them asking for them to send the applicators but they have also not replied.
I am hoping by putting up a review perhaps they will respond to me. I dread using the company because I just don't know what I will get.

Obviously I had reservations given the overarching review status and I acted accordingly (paid by CREDIT Card in case of issues I'd have recourse via Mastercard).
Ordered £136.00 worth of purchases to arrive within 2 Working Days.
Absolutely no issues. Fast, efficient and competitively priced.

After leaving my previous negative review, this company have the audacity to say they have no records of my order and I must have made a mistake! Well I can assure you that I have your packaging and paperwork with my order number: 282344 order date: 10th July paid you £17.12 for 3 items and you sent one so you owe me £8.78 plus postage for the missing items. I phoned you and finally got through to someone who said I'm sorry but I'm just a pharmacist but I will pass your message on. Still no response! What a scam company. DO NOT USE!

Very disappointed in my whole experience with the company and service provided.
3 or 4 emails sent to get a replacement for the wrong item they supplied.
Item was returned to them in the same packaging as it was sent to me in and I was then informed when they received it back it looked used and they were not able to resell or give me a refund.

Cancelled with no refund or communications. AVOID!
Placed order on 06 July. Cancelled 3 hours later. Promised to refund within 48 hours. Nothing. And no response to emails or calls. I see the same issues reported by others. Please avoid this company. Reported to Action Fraud. Established in March 2011. How have this company not been shut down and prosecuted in that time?
