After booking these for an airport transfer for April 2025, a deposit of over £200 was taken. When trying to pay the balance, we have been unable to contact them, with emails, messages, calls etc not being answered or returned, we investigated further, and found that this company was dissolved in Dec 2023!!! In the same year (sept 2023) another company OMBH Coaches was formed with the same company director - Talha Abdul KARIM. We have also been unable to get any responses from this company either. How can this be right, a total scam, and now we have a very short time to find a replacement, as well as being out of pocket.

We booked an OMBH transfer to take 14 of us to London Tilbury docks on 26th Sept this year. We paid a significant deposit and have since read many reviews on this company. We have sent emails and made many phone calls...none are answered. We have cut our losses and booked another firm. I am getting my credit card company on to them to see if they can get any money back...otherwise I will have to claim on my credit card insurance.

Scam do not use!!! They didn’t refund our money and didn’t turn up

Well what can I say an absolute disgrace of a company total SCAM😡😡
Sent out all details took the money quick and then the day before get an email from driver what a joke not even anyone’s phone number 😡to tell us all his details and his name was Onyr haha very funny “Onyr bike” I think 🤦‍♀️
This was my meant to be my Hen party weekend thankfully we still managed to get to the place with no thanks to OMBH your a JOKE.

One star because there is no option to leave zero stars. I would never book or recommend this company. Our friends booked a minibus for six to Bristol Airport. At £300 it was cheaper than the alternative. We wanted to take one extra bag. OMBH wanted an additional £80 to supply another vehicle (unnecessary), which we were not prepared to pay because parking at Bristol is cheaper. Unfortunately our friend paid the £80 and just 45 minutes later asked for the booking to revert to the original vehicle. OMBH refused and would not refund the additional payment. Because of this the alarm bells started to ring and we all decided to cancel. After several weeks I got my share of the refund - just £15 from the £100 I originally paid. Total rip-off. OMBH are money gouging sharks. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole and will use a local company next time.

Was sceptical from the start should have stuck with my gut instinct.. Soon as they get your money they never reply our mini bus to kilmarnock was hauled off the motorway by VORSA for quick inspection and failed had to sit around for over 3 hours and missed our day in kilmarnock but just got there in time for family party.. I mentioned a small compensation for our troubles.. Now they don't reply to emails or answer my phone call.. I will be staying well clear of these cowboys. (the bus we had the sliding door didn't close properly so those sitting near it had a draft not good).

Absolute scammers. Do not use this company. They failed to turn up on the morning of my wedding, which meant our team of 9 staff members could not travel to the venue. They claim the taxi was present, when in fact they were over one hour behind the scheduled time, by which time it was too late and we had made alternative travel arrangements. Follow up complaints were completely ignored, including phone calls, emails and letters. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The staff at OMBH are incredibly friendly and professional, and were always willing to work with us to accomodate our requirements and preferences. Our trip went very smoothly. I'd highly recommend this service to anyone who needs to hire a minibus/coach/etc.

I'd like to thank your minibus company for the great service during our trip from Heathrow to Devon. Our group, included eight students and two adults, and our friendly driver Steve was very good.

Steve was not only a professional but also very friendly. He made it easy for us to find him at Heathrow and gave us clear instructions for the return trip.

On the way back, we had another driver, Jo, who was also very friendly and helpful. She even picked us up an hour earlier than planned because we were worried about getting to Heathrow on time.

Overall, we had a perfect journey with your minibus service. We're really happy with how everything went, and we want to say a big thank you to your team. Steve and Jo were fantastic, and we would highly recommend your company to others looking for reliable transportation

Booking was easy, Driver messaged when on route and was waiting on time for pick up. Smooth driving and friendly.

Excellent service. I would highly recommend this company. We booked transport for 8 people with luggage to go to the airport and then to collect us on return. I was concerned at first as you can't see pictures of the people carriers to see what to expect but they were really nice and spacious. No one cramed in or squashed. We had a lovely driver who arrived bang on time. They even texted while I was on holiday to confirm all our flight detail for the return so they would be there ready to collect. I was very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again

I recently experienced OMBH services. My friends and I traveled from London to Manchester using their 24 seater minibus, and it was a breeze. The driver was great, and the dedicated ride added a lot of value to our trip. OMBH's extensive coverage across the UK is impressive. If you're planning group travel, OMBH is a fantastic choice.

Terrible experience - DO NOT USE.

Despite booking months in advance to pick up at airport; received notification a few weeks before arrival that bus wouldn't be able to fit luggage; despite entering all luggage details when booking. Options were to cancel the booking or pay extra.

Flight was delayed but constant communication with driver on this; no issues with drop offs however on return journey additional payment was sought for delay encountered on outward journey or no return travel would be forthcoming.

They didn’t arrive to our airport transfer, and failed to answer any messages and phone calls. We spent 4 hours and £60 each getting alternative transport from Newcastle to Glasgow. We were, after over a month of trying, compensated for half of what we paid. Disgraceful business I highly do not recommend

Great service, arrived 15 minutes early for our arrival time, very patient and polite. Picked up at time asked, great company will definitely use again!

I had my worries because of some reviews but there was no need, turned up on time despite traffic accidents which was communicated to me and driver was safe and well accommodating, will use again thank you!

We booked a mini bus to Manchester airport for midnight, the minibus didn’t turn up. We phoned the driver and was told that they had been told it was 12pm the next day (our flight was leaving at 8am) LUCKILY we had enough time and were able to drive down having to pay for fuel and an expensive parking fee. I had been in contact with OMBH to process our refund and we received the full amount minus £25 for a processing fee, wasn’t happy with this as it wasn’t our fault we had to cancel the bus.

They usually replied within a day or two but based on some poor communications with them and potentially missing our flight a 1 is well deserved.
