OnlineNotary.us Reviews

As a notary myself, I’m selective about who I trust—and OnlineNotary sets the standard.
I have worked with Erika and George since 2022 and can always count on them to provide knowledgeable, professional, and expert advice in online notarization. Their understanding of notarial law and technology is evident from the moment you work with them.
The process is smooth, compliant, and client-focused, with no shortcuts and no confusion—exactly how online notarization should be done.
It’s refreshing to see a platform run by people who genuinely respect the notary profession and deliver expert-level service consistently. I confidently recommend OnlineNotary to clients and colleagues alike.

Easy to schedule and the customer support is great if you need it! Have used it several times and the notaries are patient and friendly.

Easy session booking, professional personnel, Responsive to requests. I have had two sessions, at different times, and found both very satisfactory

Easy. Polite. Helpful. No issues.

Very easy to use. Responsive and friendly support staff.

Great communication. Very responsive to questions when I was setting up the appointment. Clear, understandable instructions. Very professional. The system is very slick and works well. I was extremely impressed.

Patience, professionalism, and attention to detail were all amazing

Highly Recommended!!

My brother and I live six hours apart in the same state and urgently needed to have documents notarized for an ongoing court matter. When I came across OnlineNotary.us, I followed their simple instructions, scheduled an appointment for my brother after work, and he was able to connect with the notary—Charlotte—right on time.

The process was fast, easy, and incredibly convenient. Charlotte was friendly, professional, and made the experience stress-free. I was also impressed that I could act as a third party to pay for the services and receive copies of the completed documents right away. This allowed us to submit everything to the county court in advance without any delays.

Their customer service was outstanding as well—thank you, Erica and George, for responding so quickly and answering my questions with such professionalism. The service was affordable, efficient, and exactly what we needed under time pressure.

I highly recommend OnlineNotary.us for anyone needing secure, same-day notarization. We’ll definitely use them again when the opportunity arises.

Very simple process, personable service!

I had an out of country real estate closing with 5 signers - Online Notary made it super simple to get all of the signatures.

Everyone was VERY helpful and remarkably friendly. Everything was made very clear. I had only one concern when I began scheduling and that was timing. It was unclear to me how to know the time for my area (France). But I asked and received an immediate clear response.
Really over-the-top.
Thanks!

I am UK based and needed a notary for a vital record. They do not accept UK notaries, but after searching found a few online notaries in the states. Prices varied, to over $100. This cost me $45, I asked a lot of questions, before booking. This went ahead easily, in roughly 10 minutes. I managed to get my vital record, posted to UK in under 1 week.

Great customer service! Efficient, professional and affordable. Can’t ask for more.

One thing needed to be fixed is resister name was the signer, makes me confused. Also, a person who start talking to us was seems like in bad mood in the beginning.

Very easy process to get my power of attorney notarized. My notary was helpful as friendly.

Had a session with a notary named Nancy for a legal document. I needed to clarify an item and afterwards she started complaining and threatening. Don't use this company, they are really awful.

Exceptional service, they went above and beyond to help us. Extremely punctual and incredibly helpful. Strongly, strongly, strongly recommend!!

OnlineNotary.us has been an outstanding partner for our firm, and I would recommend them to anyone who values great customer service. Their system is easy to use, even for those who don't regularly participate in online meetings, and the convenience and simplicity they bring to notarizing documents is exactly what we want for our client experience. Thank you, OnlineNotary.us!

I used this service twice, the notaries were very patient and helpful, taking time to help me through the process. When I needed support, the response was very quick and helpful.
