OnlineNotary.us Reviews

Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The price was as quoted, and I wasn't even charged for a repeat of the same document when I messed up the first time. Service was convenient, and all from my home.

I had a great experience using OnlineNotary's service for a number of legal forms. The technology was really easy to use and the live Notary was super-friendly, diligent and helpful. We will definitely be using your services again soon and I be recommending it to my friends.

Great experience! It was an easy process to connect with a knowledgeable notary and quickly download my notarized document immediately afterward. Will use OnlineNotary again!

The process and transaction was fast and without any issues. The notary was fantastic and got the notary done perfectly. Thank you, again!

My notary public was very professional and I was easily directed through the process. I am amazed I could do all this on my mobile phone browser.

Easier than driving to a bank and waiting for an eternity. Took less than 15 minutes

It could not have been easier! I was able to notarize my documents on my iPhone while waiting at my departing gate at the airport.

Very Very unprofessional. If you make an appointment with them and do not get back to them promptly when they have a query, they will cancel your appointment quickly. My appointment was at 1:30 PM eastern time and I had just made the appointment a couple hours earlier. They emailed me with a query. I didn't see their email until 1:09 PM when a reasonable person would check back to see the update at which time I was already cancelled. I'm overseas and this is 1:09 AM for me so yea that is a big deal. They make appointments about 2 hours later so 3:30 AM is the next time. I sent them an email begging them not to cancel my appointment. Bottom line, if you want a reliable company, choose someone else. Unprofessional and no compassion.

Pros: Inexpensive, and easy to make appointments.

Cons: Seemed unprofessional (In my case, notary made a mistake. Then we had to redo the session and another mistake was made by the second notary. They do not have to read the document, just witness you signing it.

Another negative was the software system they are using. It glitches and kicks users off the video chat, then forces you to verify ID before getting back on. It also does not allow you to see live editing of your document—which is why I believe mistakes were made in my case.

Finally, I should have asked before, but my underwriters did not even approve of this RON company. Be sure to ask who they would approve of before spending your money. I was very disappointed. I thought an honest review would be more valuable than demanding a refund.
