My mother needed glasses and she thought she'd try some varifocals. The usual sites I buy glasses from don't offer them and found this site.

It's a lot more affordable than what your usual common glass shops sell. The blogs explaining varifocals were so useful to help decide for my mother what she needs.

The only gripe I've had is the delivery times. But, it's actually shorter than the glasses shop I used to use.

Will be buying from here again! Love how easy it was to customise the glasses and prescription makes sense on how to fill out.

My only bit of criticism:
The options for what lenses you want have a * on the field making it look like you're required to select specific options. You don't need to but at first I thought I had to pay ~£25 just for the lenses. Turns out I just didn't need to pick any option haha.

Another point would be that it'd be nice that they were packed with a microfibre cloth, could easily get a sublimed one of the company so it's easier for people to remember your site!

Lastly, having an "out of stock" filter on frames would be nice because it was frustrating seeing a nice frame only to see it's not in stock.

Either way she's VERY happy with the glasses and she isn't doubling up on reading glasses and wondering why she's getting so many migraines.

They present everywhere - on google, on your website, on their own website in the headlines - that they give 100% money-back guarantee. When you read the small print (hidden until a checkbox a checkout and in detailed small print) the terms are so restrictive that it invalidates this promise. It is FALSE ADVERTISING in the extreme. Never buy glasses from this online service because if there is something wrong with them (which there was with mine) you have no recourse.

Incredibly slow delivery. Took over a month to arrive. Left messages and also e-mailed . No reply to either. Eventually treatened to pursue via credit card company. The glasses arrived a week later. Nice enough but I think I will use a company with better customer service next time.

Bought frames in middle of September 2025. Returned shortly after delivery as they didn't suit me. My tracked return was delivered to them 2nd October 2025. After 1 initial reply asking me if I had tracking, and which address I sent to, they have neither refunded me, nor replied to any other contact from me. A very disheartening experience.

Oakley glasses. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong shaped lenses. Asked for them to rectify by replacing them to the correct shape of lens as advertised on their site. Tried ringing, but couldn't get through. Emails have been ignored too.
Not a happy person.

I recently bought glasses from Online Opticians and the service was excellent from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate, ordering was straightforward, and delivery was prompt.

The glasses arrived well-packaged and exactly as described, with perfect lenses. Customer support was helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

They also went over and above when the first pair of glasses had a manufacturing error due to a faulty lens machine. The lenses themselves are excellent quality and better than my previous vision express ones using the same prescription and the frames genuine Oakley.

The service i received was totally fine, one of the issues with subscribing to an online business for the first time, is to pick through the widely variable reviews and try to form a balanced opinion, I must say some now seem down right malicious, as my experience was exemplary, I was kept informed throughout, and the service was very quick.

I have heard a lot of bad reviews about this company and was little worried when I decided to use them. My prescription is a complex one and they came through. Until my glasses came apart during cleaning them. They declared I must of broken them. This isn't the first pair of Flexi glasses I have ever had. My last pair I had for six years until I lost them. I haven't even had these a week. The pair of flexit glasses I had for 6 years before I lost them.its clearly a manufacturing issue. Which if they had chose that route rather than accusing me of breaking them the review would be very different.

There were lots options available to select from and pretty straightforward to order. I made a couple of errors with the specific lens details and was contacted quickly to supply more details. The manufacture time was a little longer than I'd thought (about two weeks) but I'm thrilled now I have my safety glasses.

I've been reglazing my frames here for nearly five years. They have never let me down. Also they reply to emails quickly if they're is a delay.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. The worst customer service I've come across. I emailed and left voicemails on their answer phone numerous times to chase up the order. There was virtually no communication or update at any point, just one brief email to say they would look into it. I had to open a PayPal case nearly 3 weeks later and only then did they send a rude email telling me that my lenses would take 3 weeks due to being special. I had no idea this would be the case. It was just a normal reading prescription. They then told me I had wasted their time as PayPal refunded me and that my lenses were just about to be posted. I suggested I pay again if that was true but they never replied.

If anyone is considering ordering, make sure you pay through a method that gives you strong buyer protection because you may well need it. I would never use this company again. Incredibly rude and unreliable. This is not how you run a business. If they had just been bothered to reply to my emails, I'd have been happy to wait longer!

The ordering process is clear. It helps if you understand your prescription and know what you need and want. The glasses I received were exactly what I wanted. Service was a bit slow, but I caused some of that by mistyping a detail - which the sales person queried clearly and properly.

Very pleased with the product. However I was frustrated that I could not speak to anyone on progress of my order. Response by email was good though.
