I rrdered a Apircot Tree April 4th. Did not receive until April 20th tree leaves were dried up and tree looked dead. After numerous calls, text and emails did not receive any communication from online orchards. Very poor customer service. Would not use online orchards again.😒

one of the trees we ordered (Snow Queen Nectarine) is not showing signs of life. Don't know if it is dead or alive. the other 3 are thriving

All of our trees died, 2 cherry and one almond,pls use another orchard.

I ordered two cherry trees in April of 2023 and planted them, no flowering occurred the first year but when I didn’t see them start to bloom with my other trees from another nursery I reached out to let them know the trees they sent were not alive and they said there was nothing they could do since it “had been too long” when in reality it had just been one growing season. I also used Stark Bros and those trees bloomed but if they hadn’t I do know Stark had a guarantee for their trees which makes them easier to work with.

I ordered two cherry trees, received email confirming order, but no other information. After two weeks I received a shipment is on its way email, but no delivery date. Nine days later I received a delivered email. The trees were supposed to be 3 to 4 feet tall, one was 33 inches and the other was 36 inches. The BIG problem I have with both trees are the roots, what was left of the roots was miniscule compared to the tree. I will never consider using online orchards again. I will have to wait and see if they survive.

I ordered two cherry trees. They came very well secured in hay and moisture holding gels and plastic, I planted them and they sprouted very well. The next tree is Prune trees, the roots were cut too close to trunk, no feathery roots, and it is taking longer to sprout, I am still waiting, luckily it is raining quite often , so I am hoping it will gets its footing. I emailed the company about the prune trees, let us see how they make it right.
So far I am confidant. let us see how it flourishes, I will write a follow up.

I was received my trees with broken branches. I was expecting a little ( more ) better for my money

I received my order of several shrubs through Home Depot. The plants were healthy and good size. They were so good, the rabbits ate all the leaves!

I would order from them again.

I cant be more happy with my purchase. After a week the trees started to show new leaves, and now they show small sprouts. Thankyou so much!

I always like to wait until I’ve had a product for a while before giving a review and this one is no different. I’ve had my dwarf tree for several weeks now and it’s already budding and doing wonderful. I was shocked at how tall it was when it came. It was 3 feet, tall not including the root base. I’m very excited to see how long it takes before it bears fruit. I have tried to grow other dwarf trees in my house in the past, and in just a few weeks this one is doing better than any of the others I’ve had.

Did not receive my order. Emailed them 4 times with no response. I wish I checked the reviews before submitting my order.

Last year and this year, I ordered 8 different trees.
The trees were packed with wet hay and covered by wrapping plastic film to protect the roots healthy. The first week after receiving, buds and shoots strong grow up make my feeling confident to plant them. Thanks, and appreciate OnlineOrchards.
Normally the shipping just in a week to receive even they set for two weeks when I put an order.
I am highly recommended to anyone loving to make your garden turning to lovely orchard.

I orders 3 Gardenia Shrubs and 6 Blue Rug Juniper Shrubs and they came in containers wrapped nicely with saran wrap within one week. The plants are all healthy and green with good roots. Their price was much lower than other online stores. I will definitely order from Online Orchards again.

Ordered a dwarf Hosui Asian Pear tree. Arrived in a few days; roots were packed well in moist straw; box and tree were undamaged. Looking forward to seeing my little tree flourish.

I received my tree today. It was a good size, fast delivery and packages well.

Ordered Dwarf Santa Rosa Plum from Home Depot Online Orchards. Arrived fast in 2 days. Tree was in great condition very happy with my first purchase.

The packaging arrived in carboard boxes undamaged. the trees were packed carefully. the root system was wrapped in wet staw in plastic wrap. There were no broken limbs.

Home Depot Review: I received all of my plants after ordering online from Home Depot. Every plant was professionally packed, and all looked very healthy. I am very pleased with all of them. I will be ordering more soon. Online orchard is great.
