If I could give them 0 stars or negative, I would. By far the worst delivery service I have ever encountered. Either they’re incompetent or just flat out careless. I have given countless instructions for delivery and they refuse to deliver my items. If you order something and you see OnTrac, I would strongly advise against moving forward with shipping. Just go ahead and have it sent to the store. They are completely useless.

I placed an order through Amazon. It went to one of their sellers, VeeTrends. The package was supposed to arrive 9/1. Mis-sorted, it went to Denver where it sat. And sat. And sat. I was told to expect it by 9/4. Today, I checked ONTRAC online. Now, it's in LOS ANGELES?! It was supposed to go to St. Paul. Now I'm told it will arrive 9/7.
VeeTrends shipped with ONTRAC. I did some serious research on ONTRAC. They underpay their employees and contractors--compensation estimated in the lowest 10% in the indrustry. Loads of complaints similar to mine. It figures. VeeTrends chose to use an inferior shipper that screws its employees, and shifts the bad consequences onto the end customer. ONTRAC has unethical business practices, and by using this corner-cutting gang of thieves, VeeTrends is an accomplice in ONTRAC's sleaze. Amazon ought to do a much better job of policing its sellers' business practices. They share some of the culpability. On the other hand, VeeTrends did process a refund quickly.

Lesson: avoid ONTRAC like the plague; you could easily regret doing business with companies that would ship their products to you with ONTRAC.

Ordered Ibérico pork and it arrived thawed. Out for delivery in 95 degree August heat at 10:48am and arrived after 4:30pm. Transport is not refrigerated and the dry ice had melted. DO NOT USE ONTRAC or Order from anyone that ships using Ontrac!

Working for this company as a temp i can see exactly why packages go missing and never arrive to customers. Or arrive damaged. The warehouse isnt even safe to operate or work in. Working almost 12 hours shifts and only.getting one break a day, you start at 12 noon first and last break is at 330 or 430pm then they add 15 mins to your break so they dont gotta give you another break later in the shift. Management here is beyond horrible. So many people quit everyday now theyre offering overtime for weekend shift cause more than half weekend shift quit. Its nuts how integrity staffing temp leads treat employees too now I see why they dont want us to have phones on the floor at all so people dont photo the trucks leaking water all over metal lines when it rains damaging product, told them about it and they just shrug it off. Its all about numbers your safety and wellbeing does not matter working for integrity staffing or ontrac.

Did Not deliver package. Blamed seller, saying take the issue up with the seller. Said they did an investigation, but had they done so, they would have found the package and redelivered, or would have admitted to delivering to wrong address. I sent a picture of my house and it was clearly not where they delivered to.

This is the fourth time my vitamins and supplements were left for 4 hours in the 94 degree heat and sun in my driveway instead of at my front door under cover. I cannot see the driveway from my house. Also, they have left very heavy boxes of food in the driveway all day in the sun and heat. Twice, when the garage door was open, they set the package under the rear tire which is not visible from the front of my garage. The worst delivery. I've stopped using websites that use them.

They stated they couldn't deliver because the business was closed.. This is a home. there was never an attempt made to deliver by the ring camera or the kids playing outside. The drivers are just plain liars, it's sad that BestBuy uses the lowest cost/reviewed delivery service around for their items.

Received 3 emails stating OnTrac attempted to deliver my package. Lies lies lies. No attempt was ever done. Security cameras never showed any attempts! Then I receive an email today saying package was deliver. Another lie ! No package delivered! Security cameras never showed shows NO one making a delivery! Poor poor company! For the company that I ordered, Fanatics sports wear , they use this rotten delivery service, so that means I will never do business with them again!

Zero stars. The company’s employees use fake scans to steal packages and "fleece" contractors!!!

Our designated ONTRAC delivery person pulled up to our SINGLE FAMILY HOME lifted his hatchback and immediately scanned our Farmers Dog box as ATTEMPTED DELIVERY; BUSINESS CLOSED.

The delivery person made no attempt to approach our front porch or door. After scanning, he immediately closed the hatchback of the personal vehicle he was driving and pulled off with our visibly expensive delivery (Farmers Dog name stamped on the box).

His scan popped up on our devices as he pulled away from the curb and he saw our screen door open via his side view mirror but continued to drive away.

We caught the incident on video and collaborated with the Farmers Dog Co to submit the video and complaint. NOTE: ONTRAC doesn’t provide customers with a phone number to use for support - only an AI CHAT BOX with very limited capabilities.

ONTRAC acknowledged receipt of the complaint and video, responded with a “sorry for the inconvenience” then continued for three days to place dishonest “delivery attempted” scans in the ONTRAC system! This scanning tactic technically fulfills their “three delivery attempt” guarantee to contractors and customers. In this case it also freed them to “cuff” the expensive (fresh food) merchandise they failed to deliver on time.

The dishonest scans they used in this case included “business closed”, incomplete address” and “access code needed”. NOTE: This is a single family home, the address was provided to ONTRAC repeatedly and THERE IS NO GATE or obstruction requiring an access code in front of our home!!!!

DO NOT contract with this company unless you want your merchandise stolen and your VALUABLE online customer-base relationships COMPROMISED!!

They claim “delivery” of a package into my mailbox, which is illegal. The driver took a picture of the outside of the mailbox, but there is no photo proving that the package was placed inside the mailbox. Even if it was in the mailbox, that was a federal offense - I understand that a postal carrier will remove any unauthorized package for lack of postage. Regardless of the reason why, I did not receive the package. I was home all day, and there’s no reason why the package could not have been delivered to my front door or anywhere but an illegal, unauthorized delivery into the mailbox. I reached out to OnTrac, and they referred me to the shipper….. What a terrible company, and what type of people are they hiring who are so untrustworthy; I would hope that this company advises their drivers not to place packages in mailboxes. But as I’ve stated, there is no photo of the package in the mailbox or anywhere else, so I’m not even sure that it was allegedly placed in my mailbox. It makes no sense that the actual package was not photographed where it was left, supposedly. That’s the whole point of taking a photograph. I’ve checked all around my mailbox two or three times and there’s nothing there. There’s no box left anywhere on my property.

Lost my package in Hartford CT for an entire week. I opened a claim on the package. They said they would provide information in 2 days, 4 days later the claim was closed and my package was still in CT. I opened another claim and tried to "chat" with customer service because you cannot speak with them. They said they would investigate where my package was. I said I already asked for that to be done days ago. They said they need more information for delivery of my package. A unit number or code to get into a development. I said no such thing existed for my address. I live in a single family home in the suburbs. No other service has difficulty delivering packages to my house ever. A package that was supposed to be delivered on 8/21 has now been sitting in CT for 8 days labeled as mis sorted.

Horrible. This is the second delivery I’ve had from them and first one they delivered the next day even though I paid the original company for 1 day delivery.
This last delivery was marked delivered but package is no where to be found and they have no real resolution for me other than to contact the company I order my dress from. I’d never recommend this shipping company to anyone.

I ordered from a company and the carrier was OnTrac. I never got my package, they kept saying there was “insufficient information” I contacted them immediately through the chat option to confirm my address AND gate code. Never got my package. Now, I ordered from Fashion Nova same thing AGAIN. I’ve never had any issues receing my fashion nova packages before, this is the first time. I’ve updated my address multiple time, reached out through the chat option three times this week. Sent an email will ALL my information and they still can’t get my package to me. You can’t get anyone on the phone. RIDICULOUS. If a company is using OnTrac as the carrier for delivery I will never ever buy something from them.

I placed an order and this company is supposed to be delivering my package. The estimate time was on Wednesday and I haven’t gotten any update since the label was created to OnTrac on Monday. No update whatsoever is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve can’t even get a hold of anyone to see what kind of update I can get. I’m so disappointed!!

They are very bad shipper. Have a package sitting in a location for six days and never delivered. On other occasions they would not deliver because they supposedly could not find us even though they were here before. Just an all around crappy company.

Would give them 0 if possible but ive had multiple packages try to get shipped with them over the years and have never received any of them. Wish companies would allow me to not use them. Also good luck contacting support

This is one of the shittiest delivery services. Tey lost my package but marked it delivered. The company I placed the order with refused to reship or refund because OnTrac marked it delivered but I never got it. Pay a little more and use literally ANYONE else but this company!!

Delivered to wrong address. No accountability. Only requirement is proof of street address and picture of package in front of a property. They were in the wrong city and wrong street name! They did nothing to resolve. Sellers should post shipping company when placing an order. Would never do business with anyone knowing they use OnTrac

According to the tracking record, my package left the ontrac site at 11:45am from chula vista, ca 92154.
I live 7 minutes away from chula vista, right now is 21:18 and the package is still in the "out for delivery" mode. How can a delivery company survive like this?

These people suck. They delivered my package to a totally different address and had the audacity to send a photo of the package just left in the common area of a place I don’t even live. I contacted them and they barely responded and wouldn’t even help. If you can help it, do not use these people.
