This company is terrible. The company I ordered from uses them. They are now 3 days late and counting. OnTrac’s tracking system might as well say. “You will get it when you get it.” When retailers have quality companies like FedEx or UPS, why do they ruin their image by shipping through OnTrac. It is a direct reflection on the retailer and will now make me not do business with them. Message to retailer, if a delivery company has a 1.8 rating, don’t be an idiot by using OnTrac. Or, be prepared to lose business and get bad reviews like OnTrac.

Scam site, they do not send anything. They take your money though.

One of the worst companies.If you have to get something delivered through this company please just don’t get the item they will deliver it somewhere and won’t care where it was delivered just to take a picture at the wrong address.They should’ve shut this company down it’s going to come a day where somebody important mail is gonna get lost

I really don't understand how this company stays in business! I order from a great company FCP Euro but they insist on using this shipper a lot of the time & every time they either flat out lose my package or the package is delayed.

Two issues with two separate orders in less than a week. Thats 2 for 2 at not doing your job. Unacceptable.

If I could lower it from 1 star I would. They were to deliver my glucose supplies so I could use my insulin. Well now that's delayed. They refused to contact me to open the gate, I signed up for the tracker (which never worked ONCE) so I could try and meet them. Supposedly they *may* call but per the reps its 100% no call. You can only put in complaints or issues via text chat with a rep. These people basically just copy and paste nonsense over and over until you go away. They wont send you copies of the transcript conversation and "hang up" on you so you cannot even get screen shots in, so make sure you take those as you go people. They dodge and dont answer questions, even emails, they never respond back to. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and trying to speak with someone to get points across was a nightmare. I recommend this company to NO ONE. This has delayed me getting the supplies I need to use my insulin, so this was def not an OK situation. My DME co had to resend using another carrier. These people shouldn't be in business with sensitive products. And again, theyre tracking systems didnt work at ALL and thats what they kept referring to.
EDIT: They also stated they attempted delivery 3x by the end of chat, but per the records of notice I had received it was only 2x.
Edit #2 after On Trac replied: Absolutely not. Your service team when asked, refused to answer how I would be able to get my delivery, refused to answer why the tracking wasnt done, refused to answer why they didnt respond to an email they sent ME and ASKED for a reply (to this day still havent replied), answered why their reps copy and paste the same info of "talk to the seller" over and over until you go away or they just end the conversation. I called my DME supplier and they sent the supplies via fed ex. I had them within 2 days. Not a single problem. They didnt even call me or anything, just had a package at my door. And there is no one to talk too at On Trac that isnt via phone app/website text. Theres nowhere to file a complaint or talk to a supervisor, they refused and stated they wont give a copy of the chat either. So no. You wont get a 2nd chance and you literally shouldnt have been given the 1st one.

I ordered an Cadillac converter and it was delayed by i don’t even know how long. It was supposed to be here wednesday the 9th. it’s the 10th and i haven’t even gotten shipment updates it just says it’s in Albany. I’m incredibly frustrated for i have a life and need my car and now i don’t know how long it’ll take to be fixed. I would normally expect a refund but this shipping business really needs to step up their game. Rn y’all suck.

Terrible company. Do NOT trust OnTrac with your packages. My package was not delivered to the correct location, and when I asked for proof of delivery and the recipient’s signature, they failed to provide it. They also did not respond to my emails or properly address the issue.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Stay away from this company.

The drivers are lazy and do not complete the job. I ordered a package and they handled the delivery. I live in an apartment complex with various buildings. They completely disregarded the mailing address and left the package in the first building of the complex; with a totally different building number than the one specified on the package. The company re-issued a second package and the driver repeated the exact same habit and left the second package in the exact same building. The building number clearly did not match the mailing address on the package, so I cannot call this a mistake or an accident. They knew it was the wrong address twice. They were too lazy to drive to the correct building because it was further inside the complex.

Delivered to wrong address than told me they could not deliver my replacement order. No phone number. Target had to sort it out.

Wow, OnTrac has brutal reviews and I can see why. Package not delivered on time. There's just a useless chatbot to handle questions. No updates. But what do you expect from Worst Buy?

They delivered my package to a random lobby in some other city (with a lovely picture, looks like memory care home). An that was after saying that they were unsuccessful at their first attempt. Funny how the other half of the order shipped with Fedex had NO PROBLEM finding my house. This company is a complete scam.

OnTrac left our package in a public area and it was gone by the time we tried to retrieve it. To make matters worse, when contacting OnTrac, they said that because it was a delivery issue, it had to be addressed by the shipper—which makes no sense because OnTrac was the shipper!

Ordered from Chewy, which has always had super fast reliable shipping through FedEx. Not so with OnTrac. My item got “lost” somewhere along the way. Chewy sent a replacement, which arrived quickly, and then, about 8 days after my initial purchase, the item arrived. OnTrac’s tracking system was unreliable, inaccurate and super late.

On track is consistently terrible! Things don’t arrive on time. Things arrive damaged. They don’t follow delivery instructions. They don’t even bring a box all the way to your door. And in our town, if they’re not done with their deliveries at about 5 o’clock in the afternoon, they drop things off at the post office. My opinion, probably the worst shipper in the United States.!

One of the worst company's that delivers , drivers lie saying they cant deliver , then trying to talk to a real person is bad and when I tell them to do things there like we marked it down but nope nothing

Received an empty box. Delivery person ran away so fast I couldn’t catch him to show in the box had been opened. I don’t understand how sellers could use this scam company

Horrible shipping service. Always late with reasons that aren't even applicable. I'd rather you say you can't deliver it on time instead of lying about it. Will try my best to avoid these bums.

If I could give them 0 stars or negative, I would. By far the worst delivery service I have ever encountered. Either they’re incompetent or just flat out careless. I have given countless instructions for delivery and they refuse to deliver my items. If you order something and you see OnTrac, I would strongly advise against moving forward with shipping. Just go ahead and have it sent to the store. They are completely useless.
