Ooh & Aah Reviews

Very happy with my purchase, a box of treats for my granddaughter, these did not disappoint.
Quick delivery, very fair price and irresistible cookies and dips , what more do you want 😀

My order arrived but when opened, one of the tubs of sauces had leaked everywhere inside so I emailed Customer Services. Wow, what a fab service that was, they went above & beyond to sort this. They sent me another box. Now that’s what you call a 5* service. Just to add the cookies and pies were delicious. Would highly recommend

I bought a box of cookies, dips, and a couple of cookie pies to take into work and they were much appreciated. The only reason that I’ve given 4 and not 5 stars is that the cinnabon pie wasn’t as good as the banoffee. The cookies were great and the dips added an extra level of goodness. I’ll definitely buy again.

100% happy - recipient loved the cookies so thank you! Will definitely be re ordering in the future.

Wow just WOW!! amazing quality, freshly baked the day before delivery, fast delivery, outstanding value for the money , now on my 3rd order, comes beautifully packaged, wide variety or cookie choices and the cookie pies are to die for ! 10/10 every time

Excellent customer care and communication. I have been told the cookies and dips were delicious (they were a gift). They arrived in perfect shape. Thank you.

Everyone at work loved them. Plenty to share around! All top quality. Packaging and presentation was also excellent. Delivered on the day promised.

The quality and quantity of the cookies was excellent. I bought as a gift and they were really impressed and will be ordering again. Highly recommend A+++++

I have ordered from this company directly on their website and from their tiktok shop and it has never disappointed ordered the giant cookie cards for two separate occasions and received soo well both times and ordered the variety box for part of the dessert table at my sisters henna and it was the star of the show absolutely fantastic really pay attention to the delivery date though at checkout.

Excellent service! Before ordering, I asked if it was possible to place an order from Spain, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. The cookie box was a wonderful gift, and my friends were absolutely delighted. Delicious cookies and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

My little treat for my grandchildren. I’ve ordered them before, want to try something different. Great value for money, delivery service was great too

Great service, quick delivery, lovely packaging and delicious products!

I've ordered big cookies from Ooh & Aah a few times. Everytime the online order process and cookie delivery has been slick, never had a problem. The cookies have been delicious and loved by everyone

Delivered on time, packed well, amazing delicious cookies and cookie pies would definitely buy again. Well worth the money.

The cookies were a gift for teachers/end of school.

Unfortunately one of the packets was quite badly smashed up after they were delivered which was a shame, but I believe the cookies were still enjoyed by all and I’m assured they were delicious! This wasn’t an issue with the cookies, but I believe a fault with the delivery company.

The cookies were well packaged in beautiful packaging, the design was excellent and very eco-friendly.

I chose this product as I felt it was better value for money in comparison to other similar products from other companies and I wasn’t disappointed.

I will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

I cannot seem to stop giving these cookies as gifts. Everyone loves them, they are well packaged, delivery is quick and they taste amazing.
Buy them, for yourself or for someone else. Just buy them!

Fantastic, really enjoyable. We bought the cookies and tray bake.
Went down a treat with beer and something sweat, watching the England match x

Discovered this company through Instagram and I’m so glad I came across it! Ordered a graduation cookie for my sister, the process of ordering was really easy… I accidentally set the delivery date for a week later than I needed it, I contacted the team and they sorted it out for me and sent it out next day. I really appreciated the personal feel of the communication. The cookie arrived the next day beautifully wrapped and was really well received! 🥰 thank you

The cookies were amazing, bigger than they look and tasted scrumptious, packing was great also , will definitely be ordering again soon , highly recommended 😀
