Ooh & Aah Reviews

Ordered a birthday cookie for a family member who enjoyed it and wanted another
Easy to order
Arrived on time

The best cookies in the world + the best service!

Next day delivery offered and paid for but it was several days later, missed the birthday it was for. When raised they said it was next day after baking so not actually next day from ordering. No refund offered. Website needs to be MUCH clearer. I wouldn’t have ordered if that had been clear. Cookie itself was ok, nothing special. Icing was over sweet. Mille’s is a much better service. Disappointed with quality of service and product.

Reluctantly ordered a giant cookie for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Let me tell you how surprised I was at how good it looked and tasted. I think I too am converted from traditional cake!! It was so well packaged and arrived exactly when I asked. We will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending to anyone who’ll listen!

Bought these for my daughters Nursery and they went down a treat! Excellent communication and super fast delivery! Will absolutely use this company again and would 100% recommend 👌🏻

Excellent customer service from the team when the cookie was sent out earlier than expected by mistake they promptly answered my query and said they would arrange for another one to be sent out the following week so was very impressed when that did actually happen. The milk choc cookie was delicious also so thank you !

I ordered cookies instead of Easter eggs as my son and daughter-in-law invited me for lunch on Easter Sunday. They were absolutely delicious 😋 and very much appreciated by all. The cookies arrived quickly and were very well packaged.

These were ordered as an Easter gift for my grandchildren and they were delighted with them

Ordered an easter box full of lots of cookie treats to share with my family. They loved them! My husband also loved going to collect them, telling me how amazing the whole place smelled :)

As always the baked goods were perfect.😋
Had a slight issue with delivery and the customer service was extremely quick and professional.
They offered a resolution to the mix up which I was very happy with 😊
Will continue to recommend to my friends and will repurchase!

Was a Easter gift for my daughter and she said the best cookies she’s ever tasted

Great taste wonderful cookie delivery on time and easy to order

This was a surprise gift for myself and my husband from my parents (yes at 53 I still receive care packages!)

The cookies were the perfect consistency - soft enough to melt in your mouth but still strong enough to support the dip.

The flavours were great - we had three different cookie types and three different dips.

It was a great alternative to getting an egg for Easter

An excellent and very very tasty box of mixed cookies, cookie pie and cookie try bake with lovely dipping sauce 😋. Ordered for my sons birthday and both sons and myself really enjoyed. Emailing of questions to Ohhh Ahhh cookies was replied to quick and questions answered. Friend was able to pick up which saved me on postage. Definitely will order again 😀

Absolutely fantastic, cookie delivered on time and quick responses to emails. The cookie itself tastes unreal and much tastier and better than one of there main competitors miller cookies. 100% recommend and will definitely buy again

I was originally sent a cookie for my birthday by a friend and i was very impressed and it was fresh, soft and just perfect. I wanted to order one for my son’s birthday who is cookie mad, I ordered a double chocolate one. On opening the cookie it was broken in 2 places so was very disappointed especially as it’s for a birthday, it didn’t look as presentable. But the main disappointment was the quality, it was dry, and tasteless. I was really disappointed and my son didn’t even finish it. Probably won’t order again now

They were sent as a birthday gift and was extremely pleased with them taste great and well presented

Love your cookies! I sent my friend a personalised cookie for her birthday, she got it on time and it looked delicious.

Absolutely great service from placing order to delivery. Can be posted overseas and arrives perfect. Taste and quality was amazing. Makes for a great present for any occasion

Many thanks 💕

The best cookies and delivery was so quick. Thank you!
