Ooh & Aah Reviews

Bought a cookie box for my daughter who lives away from home for university & who was feeling g bit under the weather. This delivery cheered her up big time.

Arrived next day, absolutely UNREAL cookies!! The dips are to die for, and the cookie pies were yum. Will definitely be ordering again. 10/10 service thank u so much 💕x

I ordered a giant personalised cookie for my mums 50th birthday. She absolutely loved it. Fast delivery and amazing item! I would definitely purchase from again and highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Excellent service around

Prompt delivery good packaging and delicious taste x

Unfortunately the cookie arrived late (should have arrived by 29th January but didn’t arrive until February 2nd)
This was very disappointing as was for my daughters 17th birthday, her first birthday away from home and almost at the end of her Army basic training, however, I was given a refund and when my daughter did receive it, she said it was delicious, she and the other girls in her Platoon really enjoyed it! Gave them a bit of a boost for the last 10 days before they pass out!

My friend was recovering from an operation & was in a lot of discomfort, she was delighted with her cookies & proceeded to eat 5 of them! 😄 She was happy & I am happy I made her day.
A wonderful experience, ordering without complications, I will use you again.
Thank you all 😊

Easy order process, great variety to choose from, great price. Contacted customer service to make changes to the order and received reply very promptly. I was told that the cookie was delicious:) thank you

The cookies were excellent. They were a birthday gift for my grandson.

Well presented. Lots of choices in sauces and flavoured cookies. Only eaten 1 flavour of our choices so far, but they were beautiful. Fresh and tasty. Looking forward to trying the others. I'm in no doubt, they'll all be as delicious as the white chocolate chip ones.

Lovely cookie cake for my son’s birthday it looked and tasted great . Packaged really well too. Excellent service from the company itself.

Excellent in every way. I needed a birthday cake delivered the next day but found most companies could not do next day, especially as it was going to be Saturday delivery or was way too expensive then I found this website by accident and my cake turned into a cookie, a giant personalised cookie, you could put a personalised note in with it which made it even better, they delivered brilliantly and the person got it on the day in perfect condition, they said it was packaged and presented in a lovely way and definitely made them smile, it also tasted really, really good. So I am so pleased I found this company and have gone back since to look at other things they make, everything looks delicious and I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Ooh and Aah cookies for making the birthday special.

cookies were delicious however one white chocolate dip was less than half full though the other was lovely and full!

Got cookie for my husband for his birthday him & my son lov s it

I bought the festive Wreath cookie share box for my son and his fiancée. They told me it was delicious so I've now placed an order for myself. They are also reasonably priced too. I found ordering straight forward and, when I had a query regarding delivery, I found the team friendly, helpful and quick to respond.

They were delivered to the wrong address due to google pay. One quick phone call and the company rectify it straight away. Not they fault but they rectify it. Thank you.

Fantastic from start to finish.
Easy to navigate order process, delivered exactly on date requested and absolutely gorgeous 😍

Well presented was so excited to give this to my daughter as a Xmas gift, however one of the packs of cookies was out of date by nearly a month while I do understand mistakes happen, the fact no one has responded to my email is why I’m leaving this negative review

Cookies were brought for my daughter birthday as our ‘cake lady’ cancelled with illness a few days before… I paid for a specific delivery date of 23rd Dec so I appreciate it was close to christmas but they didn’t arrive until 24th Dec. Although a day late they were lovely, my daughter heated them in the microwave as instructed and loved them all!
