ooShirts Inc. Reviews

The customer service was amazing. We had a very large order, and they were very personable to us. They had a small issue in production of the shirts and called to tell us that it would be a little late and to make sure that wouldn't be an issue for us. They arrived two days after they were scheduled to be here. That was still 2 weeks quicker than any other company we looked at. The shirts showed up and the colors were exactly what we wanted. They were bright and the correct color of our logo. The shirts were of a nice quality as well.

I placed an order for nearly 100 shirts online, but they had some design issues that increased the price by less than $100 and they said I would have to submit a new order, so I said do it and invoice me the difference, or else cancel the order & I would consider placing a new order. 2 days later they cancelled the order without any comment. I placed an order with another company that seemed to be more customer friendly.

I've been using ooshirts for several years. The shipping time and quality are amazing for the price!

The customer service at Ooshirts was some of the best I’ve encountered so far when it comes to any online custom apparel companies. They not only kindly brought to my attention an issue with the art I provided, but guided me through what I needed to do to fix the problem and why.
I’d also like to point out that I tried printing my art with a competitor, RushOrderTees prior to them, and they didn’t print my artwork because they claimed it was inappropriate, though, when I asked, they didn’t give any reason or response as to why. Ooshirts accepted my design without hassle or hesitation! The whole process including shipping was very fast for a custom apparel company! And the shirts they are printing on are of good quality too!

Order arrived very fast and when I opened the box, I was thoroughly happy with the quality of the shirts! I'm a repeat customer now, I really appreciate the business!

FAST turnaround, excellent quality, and great communication! We're already planning our next order!!

Very fast turn around, great quality printing and shirts are good too.

Awesome support and promt delivery of a great product

Top quality products combined with superior customer service and a huge range of products to go with your custom design. I will be ordering again from ooshirts in the future!

Submitting my design was easy, but I really appreciated that they reached out and double checked with me about an issue with the contrast between my design and the shirt I chose. Fortunately, it ended up coming out exactly how I wanted it

The price and great quality of the shirts fast shipping

Awesome quality and customer service, and our shirts were even sent to us earlier than expected! Thank you!

It was easy to design my shirt. the quality was good.

The Shirts are nice, great quality but are NOT what I wanted from the phone call I had with them about my order after being assured they would be.

Outstanding service and excellent quality shirts. I received one of the shirts with a defective print and it was replaced quickly without any hassle. Five stars for their professionalism.

Using ooshirts for five years and I am extremely satisfied with all the items I have designed and printed. Great quality and super fast delivery.

My hoodie arrived within a week of ordering and everything was exactly what I wanted. Delivery was also quick and their pricing was very reasonable. 10/10.

This is the first online shirt printer that has earned my return business. Designing and ordering are a breeze and the artwork department contacting me to make sure everything is where and how it should be is such a flex! The turn-around time from ordering to shipping was so quick and the shipping costs are super reasonable and FAST. Can't wait to do business with them again.

I bought a custom shirt for my son. The fabric quality was excellent and the printing was flawless. Highly recommended ooshirts to everyone.

Good price, good quality prints, and quick turnaround. Image editing software was effective. Will do business with again.
