Nice product overall

The build quality is great. The motors are fast and not too noisy. But the black finish of the table is a fingerprint and dust magnet.

Great product and amazing customer service, completely ruined by awful delivery

First and foremost, customer service was exceptionally good—a major shoutout to Mrs. Soumia, who was super kind, helpful, and polite. Secondly, the quality of the chair is fantastic, and I am very satisfied with the product itself.

Everything was going perfectly until delivery day, which was when I instantly regretted my purchase. The delivery service was terrible; I have never felt so offended and disrespected. The delivery driver had the audacity to tell me that he was 'just doing me a favor'—no, it is not a favor, it is your job. He even asked me to meet him at a location 10 kilometers away from the delivery point, knowing full well that I do not have any means of transport.

That day, I wanted nothing more than to return the product and never use this website again. It is such a shame to see a well-designed website and an amazing team ruined by terrible delivery service.

I highly recommend Opal

I ordered a standing desk and ergonomic chair for my home office, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The materials feel premium, the desk is very stable even at standing height, and the chair is extremely comfortable.

The customer service — responsive, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. Delivery was smooth and the installation team was punctual and efficient.

It’s honestly rare to find a company in Morocco that combines good quality products and such a high level of service.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their office setup
