All OK, so far.
Yet to call upon OpenFix to do any repairs for my annual contract, but my boiler service went without a hitch, yesterday. The engineer called the day before, then arrived on time and carried out the service. No issues and quite a bit cheaper than the renewal from the previous company.

First year boiler service.
The people on the Open Fix telephone line are great really try to help, however the first engineer I was given to service my boiler I could not contact I was given a non existant number, the second engineer just didn’t bother to show up at the apointment , no call nothing, but the third engineer Jamie from EMH plumbing and heating, was great arrived on time did the job, no issues. Thank you to Jamie and open fix.
