Although they are competitively priced…
Although they are competitively priced I was annoyed that the price jumped by £5.00 during my sign up !!
And even when I went back to the original page where it showed £15.00 as soon as I hit “continue” the total increased to £20.00
I had locked in my price for 2 years but won’t be staying beyond that…..
No doubt I will NOT be winning the monthly Amazon gift card 😜😜😜

We’re sorry for the frustration—seeing £15 become £20 when you clicked “continue” would understandably be confusing.
Our prices don’t change dynamically during sign-up. Different plans and call-out fee options have different prices, but moving to the next page alone should not increase your quote.
We’d be happy to look into the £5 difference and explain what happened. Please email support@openfix.co.uk if you’d like us to check this for you.

GOOD SERVICE VISIT
Neil the gas engineer kept in contact from the start.
Letting me know when he was arriving and during the service, pointing out & explaining any problems to me.
His advice was helpful. He respected my property & worked efficiently. However, I would have preferred to have the option for a visit earlier in the year as it doesn't give me much time to have a repair that is needed before the colder weather sets in & before my agreement finishes.

New customer - great price
Just joined & given a great price with an extra 10% off. Took out the platinum plan so it covers everything. Obviously not used the company for anything yet but hopefully, it will be a straightforward process.

So far so great
I have changed to Openfix after more than 40years with British Gas, whose prices have become ridiculous. The process has been straightforward and without stress and I hope my experience if I need repairs will be the same
