I was given honest advice from this company and although I won't be using them on this occasion I may do in the future.

Landlord Buyer and Martyn in particular made the whole process simple, transparent and honest. I got some money to invest elsewhere and my former tenant and her son can continue to to live in the property she has been renting for the past eight years. Would recommend highly.

Having decided we wanted to sell some of our buy-to-let portfolio (7 tenanted properties) I contacted Open Property Group. Martyn responded very swiftly to my initial email and gave us an offer but there was no pressure.
Martyn dealt with us from start to finish and was always proactive and supportive keeping us fully informed, and the price agreed at the start was the price we got.
The process was completed much faster than using "traditional" routes and the tenants are able to remain in their homes.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Open Property Group

I am so pleased with the help from the company, they have getting things done very well in a short period of time, they have kept us up to date with everything and also had messages to see how we were getting on at our end which was really nice. The people I have spoke to in the company have all been really polite and helpful and have made this process easy and it hasn't been stressful for us. We decided to sell our property but as we had a long term Tennant in place we were happy to sell at a fair price to Jason and his company to allow our friends to stay on in their home .

Was 95 percent through my buy and sell transaction when my buyer pulled out at the very last minute leaving mine and all the following deals falling through, I was naturally devastated and so was my family we were so close and couldn’t believe they would drop out that late.
In desperation I thought I would try this company knowing I could never get back on the market, find a new buyer and go through all the searches etc again in time. After a brief phone call with Jason we had agreed a price which I was very happy with and a time frame which suited my whole chain ( they were also going to lose out if mine failed).
Two weeks later and we exchanged, exactly as they had promised and was delighted to be getting the house i wanted again. Really couldn’t fault this company they were easy and friendly to deal with from the off and did exactly what they said would do. Great experience my end.

Jason originally contacted me about the sale of my flat. I wasn't too keen to sell, but he was quite persistent. We were in the middle of a pandemic and I ask him if it would cause a problem if I did decide to sell it to him. He said no as he had completed on many transactions on the first lockdown, which made me confident to go ahead. So I decided to go with his offer and put an offer in on a property that I really liked. Low and behold we were in lock-down number three. After numerous calls to find out what stage we were at, but no answer after leaving lots of messages, I was told that due to the current pandemic, he was unsure if he was going ahead with the sale anymore, even though the first lock-down was more severe than the third one. He all of a sudden he became elusive and wasn't sure if he was going to go ahead. He reassured me that he would call back by 4pm that day and let me know either way, however the call never came, so then I emailed him and told him I am not going ahead anymore and pulled out. All this I have as documented evidence. Please stay away from this company with all their fake promises!

"Open Property responded to my review with an apology and an explanation that 'The call was abruptly ended by technology (lost signal)'. Open Property take the view that if a call is ended abruptly they will not harass the caller in any way that includes calling back. A better to be safe than sorry approach!

After sorting out what had happened Open Property spent a lot of time listening to my situation, taking on board my problems and advising me of the courses of action I could take ALL FOR FREE and I never felt pressured to make any commitment at any time. How refreshing. I will certainly get back to them when my situation changes that allows me the freedom to act of their knowledgeable advice."
