Ryan was a great trainer and kept the whole group engaged for the two days. There was a lot to take in but was made easier by Ryan's training style

This was course with Optilearn. Ryan Ryan created a comfortable environment where it was okay to ask for help. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions. I can’t recommend this company enough for your scrum and agile needs.

I’m a big fan of Ryan - he is for sure one of the best Scrum trainers in the UK and beyond. Very knowledgeable, clear and concise; also a very experienced Scrum Master & Product Owner.

The PSPO training took us on a journey through the “product island”, where we learned about proper Scrum, useful complementary practices (lean canvas, user stories, etc.), how to deal with real world scenarios and more. Ryan also offered a lot of guidance on how to prepare for the PSPO exam.

Most importantly, it was a conversational, dynamic, participative class, with a lot of space for us to work in teams and reflect as a group. We had fun while learning.

The course was really interesting and helpful, very well structured. The team was engaged all the time. Plenty of practical exercises, lots of interesting questions and answers. I really like this course. Stefano (the trainer) was very friendly but also very prepared and professional. I was never bored during the whole course since it was very interactive. I really recommend the corse (and Stefano as well)!

It went well on detail on the scrum framework overall, better detailing what it is expected to do in each event and the cahracteristics of each role. I found helpful the focus on the exam, giving us tips in order not to incur into tricky questions

The course was very engaging, interactive and well paced. Ravi and Ryan are excellent trainers with a wealth of experience. The stories and real world scenarios they shared throughout the training, based on their own professional experience with SCRUM, really brought the topic to life. I feel well prepared to attempt the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification test and believe I will benefit from this training in my job role. I would highly recommend Optilearn.
