George at Optima contacted my after finding my CV on CV-Library to know if i was still seeking employment in the electrical industry. From the moment we spoke he was extremely professional, contacting me regularly providing updates on how my application was going, organising interviews and giving me valuable information on the position i was applying for including interview preperation, information on my potential new employer etc. He checked in on me after the interview to see how i got on, keeping me updated every step of the way until i got the role i applied for. Very professional, friendly and just a generally nice guy. Thank you to George and to Optima site soultions for making the next step in my career easy and painless.

I worked for them for 2 weeks and did not receive my money.
These are scammers.
I will file a complaint against them in court for non-payment. £2400

I worked before Christmas but they haven't paid me at all. It's been 3 weeks now and still not been paid. I have contacted them and they said the employer pays me direct.

Still waiting for payment. You turn up work hard and do your hours but you get no pay.

The worse agency I ever worked for. Still trying to get my money for the hours I worked.

This is by far the most unreliable & lazy agency i’ve ever come by. My hourly rate was agreed right at the start of the contracted job, i was paid the correct hourly rate on my first week, then the next week it went down, without any notice. After trying to repeatedly phone the manager Ryan (who NEVER answers, and would hang up on me) i was left with no answer and the wrong money being paid. I was then promised by another member of staff my hourly rate would be put back to the right amount, and it wasn’t. It took me 5 weeks to receive the difference of what i was owed. And it was still wrong!!!! There are a couple of helpful members of their team who i believe are named Georgina and Robert. But aside everything else it has just been pure hassle and frustration working under Optima.

Literally the worst agency on god they have told me they haven’t received my hours last week , told me there was 28 hrs but they haven’t put it through , they make up your hours I worked 40hrs each week and every time it come to payday they put through 28 hrs 😂then we have an argument every week !! Find a new agency these lot are a joke

A liar agency. I do not advise you to go. It leaves you without a job. And they promise to pay more but they don't keep their word. Some liars including Ryan the manager. A liar agency

One of the best agency for workers in constructions. I had only very good experiences with this company. Staff is very friendly, highly profesional and always there to help you. I highly recommend them.

The staff in the office were very helpful when i first signed up and continue to be i am always paid on time and offered work continuously

I have always found Optima one of the best agencies to work for. I think it’s a bit of give-and-take on both sides, but if you’re willing to work with them they will always try and help you out in finding work. I have a great relationship with Andy and Luiza and find that they always try their best in finding me work. I don’t currently work for Optima as I have a supervising position with a company, but if I was ever out of work, I know which agency I would contact first. Regards Richard Nixon
