I started trying to cancel auto shipments in April; it was too late, the payment had already gone through and products were on the way. I told them I wanted to cancel. They kept sending me emails asking why and if I was sure. I kept insisting that my account be canceled. My last communication with them was June 26. I was assured that they would stop sending them. Their last email assured me I was done. Yet, today, two weeks later, I received yet another auto shipment. Don’t purchase from them. They don’t honor their word. Below is their last email verifying that I would be canceled and even asking for my review. I am not happy.

You will not be billed again.

I couldn't access the cancellation via my login in the portal so emailed the company and crossed my fingers that I would get a response. To my surprise, I got one within minutes. Kris let me know about the number of delivery options and wrote back stating my reason for cancelling and again within minutes she assisted in the cancellation of my subscription. This gave me great confidence in the company. I already have plenty of product that I will use in the future once I'm done with my Doctor's treatment plan. This experience is unlike many that I've had with other subscription based companies so it stands out as an example of stellar service. Thank you Kris for your prompt attention to my request!

I shared with her that I had to issues. One, I wasn’t certain that I was having much effect from the supplement. The other was that I was getting a shipment of two bottles once a month and I quickly ended up with four or five full bottles.

Initially I was disappointed because it wasn't obvious to me on ordering that it was a recurring subscription, which I never would have signed up for because we are full-time RVers and move around a lot. But the follow-up customer service was good at communicating with me as I worked with the former RV park to return the order to the company so that I could get a refund.

I am having a similar experience. I did not sign up for the subscription but continue to get orders and get charged. I cannot find a customer service number. They do not answer the email they indicate on their cancelation policy and there is no way to cancel online.
