Don’t trust this company


I started trying to cancel auto shipments in April; it was too late, the payment had already gone through and products were on the way. I told them I wanted to cancel. They kept sending me emails asking why and if I was sure. I kept insisting that my account be canceled. My last communication with them was June 26. I was assured that they would stop sending them. Their last email assured me I was done. Yet, today, two weeks later, I received yet another auto shipment. Don’t purchase from them. They don’t honor their word. Below is their last email verifying that I would be canceled and even asking for my review. I am not happy.

I hope this letter finds you well.

Your recurring subscription/account has been cancelled as requested.

You will not be billed again.

If you change your mind in the future - we’d be happy to welcome you back.

We are so sorry for what you've been through this is not okay, and we hear your frustration loud and clear. You reached out starting in April, asked repeatedly to cancel, were assured on June 26 that everything was handled, and then another shipment arrived anyway. That's a breakdown on our end, and we don't have an excuse for it.

To clarify, your last charge was on June 6, and it should have been the final one. The fact that another shipment went out after you were explicitly told you were done is unacceptable, and we take full responsibility for that failure.

You deserve to be believed the first time you asked.

We know trust is earned, and right now we've let you down. We're truly sorry.

This is a scam! You can’t return products and they keep sending them and charging your card! Horrible!!

Relief 😊

I’ve definitely had some relief with this product and have been using it for months. When I needed help with my account, Maica replied back timely and respectfully. Would recommend this product 🙂

Prompt support

I couldn't access the cancellation via my login in the portal so emailed the company and crossed my fingers that I would get a response. To my surprise, I got one within minutes. Kris let me know about the number of delivery options and wrote back stating my reason for cancelling and again within minutes she assisted in the cancellation of my subscription. This gave me great confidence in the company. I already have plenty of product that I will use in the future once I'm done with my Doctor's treatment plan. This experience is unlike many that I've had with other subscription based companies so it stands out as an example of stellar service. Thank you Kris for your prompt attention to my request!

Oratonics Experience

The person who assisted me by email in canceling my subscription was most helpful. I appreciated that she asked why, and offered me some options besides canceling. Maica resolved my issue and followed up with a confirmation email, which I had asked for.
I shared with her that I had to issues. One, I wasn’t certain that I was having much effect from the supplement. The other was that I was getting a shipment of two bottles once a month and I quickly ended up with four or five full bottles.

Great Customer Service

Good follow-up customer service

Initially I was disappointed because it wasn't obvious to me on ordering that it was a recurring subscription, which I never would have signed up for because we are full-time RVers and move around a lot. But the follow-up customer service was good at communicating with me as I worked with the former RV park to return the order to the company so that I could get a refund.

It's honestly a good product

It's honestly a good product. I've noticed my temperament is more chill dealing with the day to day frustrations. 25 years military and fire service, plus 4 kids playing multiple sports can take a heavy toll. Prozac can only do so much...

Customer service is also outstanding. Maica genuinely gives great care.

I did not sign up for recurring…

I did not sign up for recurring shipments but continue to get billed. No contact phone number or e-mail. Website is blocked by Norton as a fake 0n-line store.
No help from Discover card!

I am having a similar experience

I am having a similar experience. I did not sign up for the subscription but continue to get orders and get charged. I cannot find a customer service number. They do not answer the email they indicate on their cancelation policy and there is no way to cancel online.
