I decided to try 3 bottles to a discounted price to try their product and during checkout they tried to offer additional bottles for an even cheaper price. I clicked “NOT AT THIS TIME” and instead, I received a notification that I was charged for the additional bottles! I was stunned, so I immediately reached out to customer service and got a response claiming they couldn’t find my order and asked for additional info. I sent a screenshot of my order and said I “DID NOT AUTHORIZE” the additional purchase and asked them to cancel and refund the fraudulent charge. I did not get a response, so when I received notification a few days later that my order had shipped, I was annoyed and contacted customer service AGAIN, and all they said was oh yeah we confirmed that you do order this and that but once the order has shipped we can’t do anything about it. I contacted them TWICE before the order was shipped but they wait until after shipping to claim it’s “too late” so I contacted and said I plan to send it all back for a refund as I am unhappy with their customer service and asked how I can go about returning the order when it arrives but of course, I haven’t heard back. BEWARE! Don’t buy from this company and find another source for your supplants!

Complete scam. Never received the supplement I ordered on 3/8/26. I found the customer service # and two different emails. Left two voicemails and sent 3 emails. No response. I've ordered products through Facebook before with no issue, but I won't be doing that anymore.

As I can see from all the reviews on their page, I am not alone. They are a scam. They keep autocharging my card for a product I don't want and did not approve. I have emailed customer service several times and get no response. These scams need to be illegal- they are stealing.

Horrible “company” to do business with. They keep sending unwanted subscriptions.

I have been trying to get an address or a phone number so I don’t get any more of these lithium or eight I now have six bottles I would like to return if you could please get me an address or reimburse me cause I don’t want them

I struggled greatly to cancel a subscription I didn't authorize. I sent numerous emails without any response. I requested a return envelope for products I never ordered. I asked to speak to a supervisor because Katherine is incompetent. No luck. I will keep contacting you until I get an envelope to return the unused products.

Received my order and was advised by my doctor not to take it due to a recent hospitalization in between ordering and receiving the product. Emailed Oratonics asking how to return the product and received a reply from Jamaica "Maica", but then never received another reply or a return shipping label. Have sent several additional emails and not received any reply. Cannot find a phone number to call them. Any additional advice would be appreciated before I receive any more product or charges from them, as I do not want to have to contact my Legal Shield or cancel my credit card due to this negligence on their end. Very disappointed! :(

Trying to cancel my subscription from now for lithium oratate virtually impossible been trying now for over an hour why is it so complicated other companies have A unsubscribe digit you press and that's it not like on here I'm 65 and not computer literate help

I give zero stars but that’s not an option. I have been trying for months to cancel this “subscription” that I didn’t know I had and the reoccurring charges along with it. I have yet to succeed at either of the two. I’m still receiving the product and still being charged. I am at a loss as to where to go from here. This place needed to be investigated yesterday. I will continue on my journey of trying to get my hundreds in total that they’ve stolen from me. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! IM NOT EVEN SURE THEY EXIST!!

Keep sending products although cancelled several times and requested return label I am not supposed to take lithium so have at east 8 bottles to return and they are sending more!!!! I am 80 yrs old and do not need this do not use this company as clearly they are not customer friendly at all

Utter scam. As other reviews have stated, they send 90 days worth of product every 30 days. Ignore emails to cancel. Continue to charge without permission. And their cancellation process on their website is non existent.
Makes me wonder what is actually in the product as I suspect it’s clearly not Lithium Orotate.

Like the rest of the people who have written a review. I am of the same opinion. Put me on a suscription that i didn't ask for. I tried to contact their email today and got a message back from the email people saying address not known. I got on to my bank and they have blocked any further payments and refunded the money they have already taken. I don't know how these companies get away with conning people out of their money. If i could, i would give a minus for stars.

Please stay clear this is a scam they subscribed me to monthly payments of £38 I paid with zilch and now I’m having problems getting the payments stopped 🤬

Never received the product. Then realized, even though I asked for a one time purchase, I am now being charged for a subscription. Cannot locate contact information for this company. It’s a total scam……. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Well, looks like I'm not the first person to have this problem. They're sending me 90-day supplies every 30 days and I've requested five times now for them to cancel and they won't do it. Should have gone to trustpilot first.

Total scammers. Website states returns up to 90 days but when you return the unwanted item/s they give you a false address in USA. They also sign you up to a subscription without your knowledge. Everyone who has been taken in by them should report them to your bank. Mail order protection seems like a joke so no help there. Disgusting company. Avoid at all cost.

TOTAL SCAM! I did not sign up for automatic refills but they keep sending them to me. I have contacted them numerous times through their website and their email, but they do not respond. There is not a phone number to call.
In addition to poor - and in my opinion, illegal - business practices, their product does not work at all. They should be put out of business!

They tried to take recurring payments after only wanting one purchase they sent more product which I did not request - I have had to get my bank to block them - do not trust this company
