The process was effortless and the fast replacement, free shipping was also appreciated. Not sure y'all could do better, just short of paying my water bill. I've been using Orbit products for , easily for 25-30 years. The quality for which the items are created, are very well constructed.

Nice controller timer that is battery…
Nice controller timer that is battery powered but still controls 4 zones.
The adapters for the 12 volt solenoids broke and Orbit sent replacements very quickly.

I had a warranty issue
I had a warranty issue. The representative asked for some responsible proof of purchase but did not grill me or seek ways to get out of the responsibility. I placed my order and recieved the docuemnt very soon.

Great warranty and service
The 620 61Z failed after two months. It wouldn’t turn on at the appropriate time setting. I did discover droplets of water when I took out the battery insert. I put it in the sun for a while to see if it would dry out and work, but it didn’t. Thank you for replacing it.

Super easy!
Living in the country the tractor sprinkler is a necessity! More so now that I have gotten old! When the tractor stopped moving it was a major crisis. After going online and determining it was the gears and they needed to be replaced I was worried. At 92 yrs. old I was unsure if I'd be able to replace the gears. So I was very excited when the new gear box arrived. It came WITH very easy to understand instructions (I didn't have to go online or scan some code to get directions). It took me all of 6 minutes to replace the gears and 3 minutes of that was looking for a screwdriver! It was the easiest repair I have ever done. The sprinkler now works like new and I am a happy camper!
