Great service
I purchased my controller several years ago. When I called support, I thought I'd have to purchase a replacement but the support team member told me it was covered by warranty. You won't find that level of support from the products coming from Asia.

Won't approve claims after 3-4 items
Orbit was informed that I was going to be replacing several large sprinkler systems and I had to make a rather large warranty replacement claim with many parts still under warranty needing replacement. The first 2-3 items were approved but upon needing my 3 brass impact sprinklers replaced under warranty because of THEIR low quality poor design sprinklers they intercepted the claim after approval and denied it and I have yet to be able to receive my 3 brass impact sprinklers. Buyer beware of orbit products being extremely low quality and poor design as well as early failure rates. I have had just about every orbit product fail within warranty on one way or another. I am in process of reporting to the BBB.
