I had a problem with a sprinkler head. Without hesitation I was sent a free replacement within 3 days.

I never recieved the device. It was shipped to the wrong address. I contacted Orbit and FedEx numerous times to try to correct the issue prior to shipping and during shipping. Both side said they could not assist.

Great customer service with 4 month old failed item.

I had a water timer that I had purchased on Amazon that stopped turning on at about 3 1/2 months. Amazon couldn't help me but Orbit sent me a new timer with no hassle at all.

The orbit products have really been great! They have helped us automate our sprinkler systems. We have a pump system and it’s really helped!

Horrible company! Subpar products (do not last more than a season) and not good customer support (they are nice talking to them but they lie... at the end they do not deliver on their promises). I have lost over $1,000 buying this company's products and wasted so much time for warranty claims..... it is just not worth buying from Orbit!

I purchased a hose faucet timer, installed it, worked fine, and developed a internal leak. Called Orbit customer service and it was replaced. No cost no shipping. Will use Orbit if I need another timer in the future.

They stood behind their product guarantee, and sent a free replacement including shipping.

I am being generous, just as you have been generous in replacing the defective hose end spray nozzle. I had placed an order under warranty with the code, etc. and waited about 3 weeks to see if the replacement had been shipped out. I called Orbit customer service and explained that I had not received the replacement item. The Service Rep told me that the code was still active. I placed the replacement warranty order again, This time I think I received the new nozzle in about 2 weeks. It seems I waited a total of about 2 months to finally get the new nozzle. I am glad to have a replacement, but wished that perhaps you would have a way to check with a customer after the customer calls you to see if progress is being made to avoid frustration and delay.

Called customer service &spoke to a rep. She asked for a telephone number in case we got cut off. Gave her my phone number. About 60 seconds later the call went to a busy signal and ended. I never received a call back. I called again and the same thing happened with a different rep. Again, never received a call back. The next day I called again. Again while taking to the rep the call ended. However, this rep called me back and I was able to get a new hose timer sent under warranty.

The customer rep was extremely helpful and gave me a generous code to help solve my unique problem.
