I purchased a tripod irrigation stand, and the impact head would not change direction to return. I called, and was given the a to order a free impact head replacement. The process was smooth and easy, the rep was empathetic and helpful, and the new head is working as it should on the tripod.

Easy glad you had the parts

Stay away from this company and it's irrigation timers. I have had two of the Easy-Set Logic Indoor/Outdoor Sprinkler Timer/Controllers and both failed just shortly after a year of use. Their User's Manual states that their products are guaranteed for 6 years, but when you call and ask for a replacement, their operators put you through an absolutely impossible series of tests, including a voltage test and video proof of your programming procedure, and then, they say, Are you still there?" Then they either hang up on you or end your Online conversation. They (Orbit Irrigation Products) are the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my 74+ years of being a consumer. I had to appeal to our State's Consumer Affairs Division to compel them to replace the first defective unit. Imagine an elderly lady asked to go outside, take a voltage reading, send video of what she is programming into the unit, and then being hung up on. Almost never going to happen, but it definitely would compel them to just give up. This is a poorly run company that is anything but customer oriented. Stay away from these guys.

Orbit is beyond understanding. I had an issue with my product and they replaced it. I couldn't be happier with their product and customer service.

The warranty service is excellent. The products are of a good quality and their process for applying for a replacement is relatively easy

Replaced defective unit at no charge

I bought a tripod sprinkler but after a few uses the head stopped functioning in the opposite direction once it got to the end of loop. I called the company and they couldn't have been more efficient in helping me with a new sprinkler head to fix the issue. I received the new head within a week.

The rep was very knowledgeable about the product and help me test it to find out that we had a bad controller and helped me replace it. She did a great job.
