Very easy to get a replacement
Was very easy to get a replacement. I do however want to point something out. I believe the way I was able to get the replacement could be taken ADVANTAGE of. It could be abused and the system scammed for a false warranty replacement.

Great product and good on line service. Years of satisfaction.
The product is solid as I have been using it for over 10 years. This transaction was a warranty exchange. The person on the chat asked relevant questions and got me through the process quickly. This is the first one that I had fail.
