Website was easy to navigate and delivery was ok, only slight niggle was it took a few days for the goods to be dispatched hence 4 stars

I ordered an item which at the time was in stock, then two days later I received a text that the said item was out of stock. A bit disappointing, why wait two days later to say item out out stock.

Highly recommend Oriental Mart!!

Called company to find out about the progress of my order as showing "in progress" for 2 days. Very polite and helpful member of staff looked into my order. My items were delivered the next day. 1st class service from Oriental art and delivery DHL. Highly recommend.

My favourite rice brand from Hong Kong was stocked by Orentalmart. I didn't think I could find it outside of Hong Kong. shipping was quick. I will definitely reorder in the future.
