Loved my experience at Tuk Tuk Mart. Fantastic service and packaged great. Ordered lots of frozen and fresh food which came next day.

I’ve been using Tuk Tuk Mart for years now and you can’t beat their Asian food and the excellent service! I would highly recommend trying them!!

Fantastic product range, and great, speedy service throughout. For any Asian products, I will definitely return again.

1st of Sept placed an £80 order, 7th of Sept received an email of some products being out of stock, got back to them to agree skipping those ooo items, they emailed back stating that my order was below £75 and therefore not eligible for free shipping. Got back to them to add more items... it is now 15th of September, 15 days after placing an order, still no delivery yet. Worst delivery ever experienced in the UK!

Please don’t use this company. Used to be good years ago but ordered last Tuesday a lot of dumplings for my son’s birthday. They didn’t bother processing it until Thursday, it was sent to a business address I work at which is always open and was said it would be delivered Friday. It wasn’t. Called the company who said they’d sort it, it wasn’t at all. Got another random message from the delivery company they’d deliver today which again they didn’t but the food would have gone off by now. Avoid at all costs, they just don’t care. Bizarrely instead of answering my texts they sent me a random job offer. Useless and £65 down the drain.

I made an order with Tuk Tuk Mart and was so impressed with great service, variety of choices and price was so good. It was recommended to me by a friend and I will be ordering again in future. I ordered lots of fresh food and frozen food which was great and well packaged.

I ordered on 27 August.

I still have not received my order.

I asked the about my order on 3 September.

Their reply was that they are experiencing high volumes of orders. No updates on when my items will be delivered.

Today on 6 September I replied to their email. No response. So I filled in the contact form again and asked for a refund. No response to that either.

Something does not seem right.

Ordered 17.39 on Wednesday and it arrived 14pm Thursday 250 miles away. Top service and highly recommended

I have ordered online from Tuk Tuk Mart multiple times now and absolutely love them. I primarily order snacks, sweets and drinks, and I enjoy both reordering my favourites and discovering new treats to try.

Product range: The site has tons of choice for Asian food products, much more than I've been able to find in more mainstream shops. My favourite ranges include their mochi, savoury crisps/crackers, cookies and tea drinks. I find the site easy to browse and search.

Pricing: I would call the prices super reasonable. When I've found some of the same items (like mochi) on other sites, they are markedly more expensive than at Tuk Tuk Mart. For about £42 I got a huge box of 22 goodies that will last ages.

Service: My experience has been excellent every time. This order, a couple of my chosen items were out of stock. I received a friendly, apologetic email letting me know and inviting me to choose alternatives with some suggestions of their own. I received a free bag of snacks with my order ^_^

Delivery: It's tended to take one or two days for my orders to ship, which I find to be fast considering it's not a large business. There is a delivery charge. My order arrived safe and extremely well packed in a repurposed box, including extra bubble wrap around a glass bottle.

Excellent service from order to delivery . I’ve been so disappointed with other on line food stores.
My order was dispatched quickly and arrive within two days.
I had ordered fresh produce and it arrived in a cool bag. Beautifully fresh. Will be using again.

I ordered from this Asian grocery store expecting a straightforward experience, but unfortunately it turned into a very frustrating one.
One of the items in my order — a bag of tempura batter flour — was packed directly underneath the top cardboard flaps of the parcel with no protective layer underneath. When the box was opened, the bag had already been cut open in an “L” shape, leaving the flour exposed and no longer hygienic to use.
What disappointed me most was the way customer service handled the issue. Instead of immediately acknowledging the unsafe packaging, they initially refused a replacement/refund and repeatedly suggested the damage may have happened during unboxing, even implying that customers share responsibility when opening parcels.
I explained that I regularly order from other Asian grocery stores and none of them pack delicate food items directly under the opening flaps without protection. This situation could have been completely avoided with more careful packaging.
After several back-and-forth messages, they eventually agreed to issue a full refund “as a gesture of goodwill,” but the overall experience left a very negative impression. I felt blamed for an issue caused by poor packing practices.
I appreciate that the refund was eventually processed, but personally I will not shop here again. I’d advise others to be cautious when ordering fragile or powder-based food items from this store.

One of my go to Asian supermarkets. Always find what I am looking for and even new foods!
Staff are always amazing and polite, communication is excellent and if something is out of stock they make smart and logical substitution suggestions before adding to the final order.
I have my orders delivered and they package everything safely for its trek down to the east coast.

Bought some tins of petai beans online.
When they arrived they were 7 weeks past their end date.
They told me they were allowed to sell them - so that’s alright then!!

I was afraid to order because they don't accept PayPal. However I chanced it and was not disappointed. Will definitely be ordering again.

The delivery was fast and very nice online shopping experience. They reused a cardboard box for packaging which makes so much sense than others over packing everything. Appreciate it.

I ordered some jelly apple drinks, TTM accepted the order but before dispatching it they messaged me informing me of a short run out date on the best before, and gave me the option of cancelling the order. That is superb customer service and I would buy from TTM again because of that honesty….the items were still in date and they could’ve dispatched them straight away without saying anything.

Had to write a review as I’m so surprised that my online order arrived so quickly! No fresh produce ordered so maybe that makes things easier. Communication was good and everything was packaged well and environmentally friendly. Thank you.
