I'm very disappointed with the Kim Son Grey Featherback Fish Paste I ordered from Tuk Tuk Mart. I purchased two packets, expecting the high-quality Grey Featherback fish paste that I regularly buy from other supermarkets. However, the products I received were very different, noticeably inconsistent in tast, and colour clearly not genuine Grey Featherback fish. I frequently use this paste to make fish cakes, and I can easily tell the difference. Unfortunately, the fish paste from Tuk Tuk Mart did not meet my expectations and was significantly inferior in quality compared to what I'm accustomed to. I would not recommend this product and won't buy this again.

I found their website easy to navigate through and the online ordering process smooth. Delivery and tracking worked fine. I did have an issue with the cans in the delivery being deeply dented, which I reported to the company. I was impressed by their speedy response and redress offered.

I found our favourite brand rice is on sale and cheapest here,didn’t know this shop but ordered two packets,came almost in one working day.

Free delivery over £55 and came with a sample noodle packet to try.

Have used company a few times but they either have items out of stock and do not always process the correct refund and need following up, or a couple of times recently miss the order completely despite taking the money from bank account and again need following up when we've not received anything. Probably won't use again.

Absolutely perfect service I ordered the night before last at 10:30pm and it arrived today! Brilliant prices and even included a free gift!

I have ordered from Tuk Tuk Mart a couple of times. They have things you just can’t get elsewhere.

This time round they did not have the chillies I wanted. I was contacted by WhatsApp to offer me an alternative. I chose to wait until they were back in stock.

I was kept up to date and the order was despatched quicker than I thought it would be. This was a small order but great care was taken to make sure I was happy. I cannot fault the customer service.

The personal touch is amazing and I will be a loyal and regular customer.

Fantastic customer service! When an item was out of stock, they promptly reached out with a replacement suggestion, which I really appreciated. There was an issue with the DPD delivery—completely outside Tuk Tuk Mart's control—but they couldn't have been more helpful or proactive in offering assistance. They even added a little extra to my order as a kind gesture, which was such a nice surprise.That's how to do customer service life - I'll be placing my next order soon. Thank you!

Reading some of the reviews I was not entirely comfortable ordering from Tuk Tuk Mart however they had been nothing but brilliant from start to finish!

One item was out of stock, I was promptly contacted with a substitute offer. I chosen entirely different products and Tuk Tuk Mart sent my order the same day.

It arrived next day with DPD, packaged extremely well and secure, in sturdy double box.
Products are great and fresh veg are fresher than from other online Asian supermarkets.

Customer service was very polite, prompt, professional and helpful/accommodating.

It's been the best experience compared to other 3 Asian supermarkets I used this month and with free delivery over only £55 (compared to over £100 at other shops)
Tuk Tuk Mart will be my go to shop for sure.

Huge choice of products and good prices too.
From my experience, I highly recommend Tuk Tuk Mart and I'll be coming back soon myself.

Bad experience from start to finish.

Tuk Tuk Mart took around a week to dispatch my items. Fine. Once shipped, however, I noticed that they input a different address on the shipping label than the one I provided, which resulted in my package being sent to a different city. After I brought this to their attention, they simply rescheduled the delivery to the correct address I initially provided while offering me zero compensation for their incompetence. As a business owner myself, I find it unconscionable to not refund the customer's shipping cost (at a minimum!) when you've sent their parcel to a different address than the one the customer provided.

As a side note, I've ordered frozen goods from other online stores plenty of times without issue, and this is the first time I've received defrosted goods. Granted, Tuk Tuk Mart absolve themselves from any responsibility for the state in which the goods arrive in—which I agreed to—so while this isn't the main reason for my low rating, it's certainly another reason not to order from them again.

A few days ago I bought everything needed for Japanese Okonomiyaki and my husband was over the moon today. He love them. Thank you Mr. Hong ( &Co). Products are not overpriced, delivery is reliable, everything was great.

I love these guys. I found the store on a trip last year. I could spend hours in there. The staff are helpful and friendly. Now I found them online! The produce quality and price is excellent. Ordering is quick and easy and the items are always well packaged and delivered quickly. Thanks Tuk Tuk Mart!

Excellent supplier and quality goods. Fresh produce and well packed. Very good customer service. Choice of using DPD is perfect and well worth the delivery charge.

They are now my preferred supplier for Asian and Oriental food

Placed an order yesterday and ordered the wrong item. A quick phone call and they changed to the correct item for me. Really helpful and friendly. Within seconds the updated invoice was emailed to me. I have used them before with no problems also. I definitely recommend

Great service, I've placed a smaller order before but I wanted some more items and Tuk Tuk Mart was the only place with stock. Everything was in perfect condition when it arrived and carefully packed, even though I'd ordered a mixture of frozen/fresh and dry products. There were some problems with availability but they contacted me and explained, and I was able to get everything that I wanted in the end. Very happy.

First time ordering with them, everything arrived in great condition and on time, I even received a free sachet of spices. Highly recommended

Got contacted when certain items were out of stock. Friendly staff and I’m so happy with my order!

Placed order on 28th Oct. Still no response from them after 4 days.

Edit: Contacted by them today - they explained that they were waiting for fresh egg noodles to be restocked so I would get fresher batch. Can’t complain about that! They said they will try to update quicker in future to avoid further misunderstanding.
