I am not really a person who writes reviews, but this time I had to.
This was my first purchase with Tuk Tuk Mart and they went above and beyond to make sure I had great customer expierence.
Some items were unavailable, so they contacted me straight away with substitute and made sure I am happy with it.
When parcel arrived I have been surprised with few freebies, that my child really enjoyed.
Prices and variety are great too!
Great expierence as a customer and will be returning regularly.

For full clarity, I ordered when Tuktuk mart where undergoing renovations, so it took a while for the order to arrive but I expected this and it was fine. They were very open and clear in communication stating it would take a while, and whilst there were a couple of hiccups with my order (Items going out of stock, the wrong item being sent) it was all sorted out with no trouble and very quickly, so I will definitely be ordering again!

This is the worst online shop that I even have ever.

They have lack of products and keep asking me questions not giving me solution, and keep asking me pay for extra cost for the other products and when orders under $55 and asked me pay for the shipping cost £6.20!!

How they doing their business?
Inventory is not update and they can’t fulfil customers needs !

Never come back In future!

First time I have ordered from this company and it didn't disappoint. I placed an order on it was dispatched straight away. Received the following day. Customer service is superb. They update you all the time. My whole order was carefully packed. The food I have ordered was so tasty and good value for money. I am glad they offer to ship frozen food. I will be buying from this company again and again for sure and I highly recommend them. Great job TukTuk Mart and thank you!

I have ordered from here a few times. Every single time has been phenomenal. I always get what I order and has always been a very fair price. I ordered a huge order which arrived today and I received the whole lot. Communication was fantastic and got email up dates every step of the tracked journey. Honestly couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Keep up the great work ❤️

Ordered a few days ago, delivery was fast, no issues of missing items or any items that’d need replacing. I was hesitant at first ordering from a place I’ve never heard of but it was worth the money, it came in a nice box so nothing was damaged. Cheaper than other shops I’ve seen

Ordered online as a first order and now will be a repeat customer. The order literally came on tuesday when I placed the order on friday. They are so competitive in price, great packaging and the customer service is amazing. Different to other online asian supermarket as they actually talk to their customers. 10/10 recommend!

I placed an order on 1st January. I ordered lots of things as a gift for my partners birthday on the 13th January. The delivery said 3-5 days so I ordered. I emailed them on 11th January to check they had dispatched my order. I get a message through WhatsApp giving me a list of things that are now out of stock and do I want alternatives. If I hadn’t have emailed them they wouldn’t have even bothered to let me know and would have just sat on my order. I asked for an explanation and a refund and the response I got was “Okay no problem you order was cancelled 😊” VERY CONDESCENDING. So rude and awful customer service. AVOID!!! I asked when I can expect the refund and they are now ignoring me. No apology or explanation - disgrace of a company.

Order was received and noodles were up the very next day.

Contacted them to let them know to be told 'Freeze them until use'

I told them I don't have room (genuinely always struggle as I have a lot of frozen dinners & dog food)

Their reply? 'I'm sure you will find room'

Awful customer service. Don't expect any issues to be resolved when you have them!

I've used Tuk Tuk Mart a few times now and they are generally good. Like with most companies, how they deal with problems is usually where there is a clear divide. It is with regret that my expectations of how they deal with issues were met, that is in this instance they do not respond at all. Fortunately in this case the problem was minor as there was an error with the fulfilment which I can live with, but it does make me nervous in using them again in case of a bigger problem arising. Sort out their customer service issues and they would be a 5 star, as it stands I give it 3 as it could go either way on a case by case basis for each order.

I have been using this website to purchase dry asian goods for a while now and been super impressed with the service I've recieved. Big shout out to Mei who has got my deliveries on time and been so reassuring over the phone answeing all my queries with knowledgable advice, expertise and finesse. Mei has followed up and made sure I recieved my delivery.

Great service, good variety of Asian goods to choose from. Sales service is professional, yet personal. Will definitely be ordering again.

Order placed on the 24/10/22. I paid £6.20 for postage that is stated as being provided by DPD (which in most cases is next day but doesn't specify, which is fine).
On 27/10/22 I receive notification email from Royal Mail that they have received my parcel and it will be on its way, albeit delayed because of strike action which isn't the sellers fault.
What I rang to complain about is being charged for a DPD service yet receiving a cheaper Royal Mail service.
Upon calling to complain I was told the DPD had failed to arrive to collect parcels resulting in them having to take the parcels to Royal Mail themselves for them to be sent.
The person on the phone could not grasp my point that as the customer paying for a service, not receiving the service, not receiving a notification from them to say there was an issue and the resulting action taken and having to learn this from third party just isn't acceptable good business practice.
I was then told that I was still being charged the £6.20 postage because of the extra inconvenience THEY were caused by DPD not arriving........... They are therefore making the end customer pay for something that is completely nothing to do with them.
The only way their system could "sort" this issue is for me to return the item, costing me money, and then they send the items again using DPD............
A company more interested in quick easy money than making sure a first time customer becomes a regular customer.
I am sure the produce they sell is, and will be lovely once it arrives and I look forward to it. However the attitude towards customer service is SHOCKING.
