Great products and customer service! My absolute go to shop.

First time doing Asian supermarket shopping. Usually visit the wing yip in Croydon. Ordered two boxes of mooncakes on Saturday, already delivered first thing Tuesday morning. Positive experience and free delivery over £55.

Order correct & fresh also good dates on food, ordered food on Sunday & was delivered on Tuesday morning. Will be ordering from Tuk Tuk Mart again.

Staff was very helpful, got a very quick reply, my order got here and I was very pleased! Will definitely use them again :)

Had some reservations about using them since I hadn't heard of them, but my concerns were completely unfounded. Great company to deal with, shipped my order quickly and responded very fast to a customer service email query. Used twice now and no issues, very happy to recommend.

Excellent customer service from Blue when my product wasn’t in stock I was kept informed and immediately received the items when they came in stock again. Would definitely use Tuk Tuk Mart again.

This my first time ordered in Tuk Tuk mart. I choose to buy online as the store offering a lot of variety of products even from Indonesia. The price after I compared with others relatively cheap. Most important the service delivery excellent. I was ordering yesterday and got my parcel today. Especially Harvey good communication and quick respond when one of my item it’s not available. Very recommended store, fast response,fast delivery and well packaged.

Placed my first order with Tuk Tuk Mart as I'm from a little town and we do not have any local Asian markets. I have looked at a few options online and was really pleased with the prices Tuk Tuk were offering and at just how much choice there was on the website. I ordered around 20 items. I saw that there was a long order processing time on the wesbite but that doesn't bother me. I was contacted a couple of days after placing the order advising a few of the items were out of stock but that a shipment was shortly due, so waited a bit longer, and then some items did not come back into stock, where I was then quickly contacted with offerings of substitutions (all of which were suitable) and the order was shipped straight away after that. Arrived in great condition, great dates on the products and good packaging (my order had a few glass bottles, all fine). I will definitely be ordering from them again. The ONLY downside is that a lot of things tend to go in and out stock quickly on the website, but as they also operate an actual store I think that is to be expected, hopefully I will be able to try all the other things I want to try soon.

My friends often recommend it to me. so I go here to buy some Chinese or east Asian food here, it has lots of stuff that I love, especially some desserts like a different flavor of mochi.

My online search for hard to find SE Asian food stuffs led me to them. Been ordering online from them a couple of times, service and delivery are always reliable. They will call when items are not available and check with me on suitable substitutes. Items are well packed and next day delivery for chilled and frozen items. They are top of my list now.

Ordered from here in the morning, had two missed calls at 5pm then followed with a text message to say one of my items was unavailable and there was an alternative to see if I was ok with that. Received my order by 6:30pm, now that is a speedy delivery service. Excellent customer service and great items. Would definitely recommend!

I just want to say what an exceptional shop Tuk Tuk Mart is. I was contacted several times to know that my shopping order was being packaged, which items were unavailable and offered an equal substitution or of better value and also given an extra free drink. The customer service is top notch. The groceries were packaged exceptionally well, with frozen/ refrigerated food and drinks being surrounded by special ice packs and also placed in a thick insulated foam container. Very impressed. The parcel was delivered by DPD with regular notifications. Everything arrived on time and as I was working it was left in our enclosed front porch. Once home , everything unpacked and in perfect order! I highly recommend shopping with Tuk Tuk Mart. Even after a couple days in the insulated box, the ice packs were still frozen. I’ll be shopping with them again soon. So great to be able to get food from Taiwan.

Tried them out for the first time since I couldn't leave the house while sick. Their website had a lot of products I wouldn't expect to be available in the UK. Delivery was also very quick.

After attending a Korean Cookery School I was looking for a few ingredients I couldn’t find in my local Asian store. Found everything I needed on Tuk Tuk Mart. Delivery was estimated for 1-2 weeks but arrived in 2 days packaged to perfection. An absolutely wonderful company to deal with.

Absolutelly rubbish service. I bought from them puffed tofu and just after 2 days after expiry date they get so moulded !! I had to bin them. Also I bought vegan beef which in fact is just regular TVP which you can buy 10 Cheaper in Holland and berret store. They dont taste Like beef at all. Just dry soy 😠😠😠 i thought that's gonna be so good. Im so disappointed. Also they blocked me on Facebook page so I cant comment..Professional companies can apologize but they have just blocked me. I dont recommend them at all. I paid nearly 10 Pounds for just 500 gr of fake meat which doesnt taste Like beef at all. I feel ripped off. They Are very greedy. They also have dicreased weight of tofu. From 800 to just 600 the same price 😠😠😠

Ordered online and can confirm that they offer an amazing customer service. They didn't have an item in stock and so I chose to wait. When they managed to get it in stock, they sent the package straight away with a little gift. They replied to my queries in a timely manner and with utter professonalism.
