Very proficient in delivery and customer services, and the food packed very well. 5 Star !!

Huge selection of products with good delivery times and great customer service. I'd ordered some tofu however it was out of stock, they contacted me and suggested an alternative and explained the differences and gave a refund on the difference in cost without any hassle.

Very fast and efficient, ordered one day delivered the next ,very impressive and competitive prices .

I am a repeat customer with Tuk Tuk Mart and I would recommend others to keep an eye out as their prices are amazing. I ordered lots of fresh food and it came through fine.

Super fast, free delivery (order was over £55) - I ordered on Thursday evening around 8pm and the food was at my door 9am on Saturday!

Prices are reasonable too - I managed to stock up on bao buns, dumpling wrappers and tempeh. Also picked up duck and quail eggs at a good price. A few items were out of stock and I was called and texted options for substitutions or a refund. Helpful and friendly service!

Once again they gave great service and really well packed food. I ordered a lot of frozen dim sum and snacks from them this time and it came so quickly. They had one item out of stock but I was happy to accept another similar item. Best of all too it’s a good price.

Due to COVID-19, it's not possible to pop down to Chinatown. Out of desperation we discovered this wonderful Tuk Tuk Mart website and we're thoroughly impressed with what they offer. There are new products coming in all the time and they have a huge variety of goods particularly the popular brands. We acknowledge it must be a challenge to deliver certain food items esp. their great fresh and frozen range. All the more reason to appreciate the extreme care and attention with the way they pack the parcels. Also they set the bar for the most fantastic customer service. Really impressed with their efficient and professional manner regarding a tech glitch. Needless to say, it's unlikely we'll go back to the old way of shopping. We look forward to placing lots of orders with Tuk Tuk Mart from now on.

This is my first order with Tuk Tuk Mart and I was not disappointed, ordered online with a selection which I found everything. Prices were perfect.
Good communication from start to delivery, and items were well packed including all fresh/frozen.
Will be defiantly ordering again and highly recommend this company.

I placed an order for a number of items and was careful to check that each was in stock.
After a week nothing had arrived so I emailed Tuk Tuk Mart and got no reply. I then chased for a reply the following day (Good Friday so I didn't expect a same day reply) and got a response the following day
The person sending the email was polite and apologetic and explained that because of 'high volumes' it was taking up to 7 working days to process customer orders.
So if this is the case at the moment, why not tell people when they place their orders?
TTM also broke credit card regulations as they took my money the day I placed the order and not when they were ready to ship the goods.
Two days after they emailed me about the delay I got another email saying that two of the items that I had ordered and that were 'in stock' when I had placed my order were not actually in stock and they offered alternatives.
At this point I decided to give up on TTM and asked for a refund.
As a final positive note, I got a very fast reply to my request for a refund and this was processed the same day. Just a shame about the rest of the experience.
My advice to TTM is to be proactive in your communication with customers, this way you are far more likely to keep them.

I have been regularly ordering with local delivery from Tuk Tuk Mart since discovering them. They are always quick to deliver, and have a wide range of things that I wouldn't be able to get elsewhere!

Made a large order for a month’s worth of shopping. I was so shocked it came literally the next day. Thanks a lot for your work during Covid, Tuk Tuk Mart.

Great service. I ordered many frozen and fresh items. They arrived in 2 days well packed and still frozen. really good experience with them.

Placed order and did not hear anything for over 2 weeks. I emailed and got no response so I phoned and was told it would be at least another week before the order would be sent.  They then looked up my order and because it was only a single product said they would see if they could send it that day which they did.  So it took nearly 3 weeks to get my order and only because I phoned.

I wouldn't use them again unless I saw evidence of a major improvement in service.

So, this is the first time I ordered from Tuk Tuk Mart. I ordered a total of 12 items (combination of frozen and dry food). The online ordering experience was smooth and not problems placing an order. The day after placing the order somebody from Tuk Tuk Mart phoned to discuss substitution for unavailable items. A total of 5 out of 12 were not available. We agreed on the substations. However, on arrival, the agar powder 25g that I ordered was replaced with a 10g equivalent. The lady on the phone said it's the same price when she called so I assumed it'd be the same weight. Perhaps not.

As for the frozen items (mostly Chinese sim sum items), each pack was wrapped around with an ice pack with brown tapes. It was incredibly difficult to unwrap and I didn't feel it was necessary. I've never had any frozen food delivered that way. The worst part is, despite all the effort, all the frozen items were half defrosted. The pastry of the dumplings were soft and the spare ribs were just like chilled rather than frozen. I phoned up the store to let them know about this. The lady who picked up the phone was very defensive and told me it's impossible that could have happened as the parcel was sent overnight. I totally agreed with her but the fact is they're defrosted despite all the ice packs. The lady passed me to Mr Chan, whom I believe is the owner of the business. Mr Chan was friendly and sympathetic. He also explained it's not possible the items could be defrosted. I explained to him the same. I told him that I already opened some items and used them as I think they'd be ok on arrival defrosted. But not happy to refreeze the other items as you always been told not to refreeze defrosted food items. Mr Chan has kindly offered to send me a return label for the rest and offered a refund once they received them. I accepted the offer. However, after the conversation I felt that's totally not necessary. What good does it make to return some perishable items that they can't resell? Worse still, to have a courier to pick up the items surely it'll cost them more as well as not good for the environment to increase the carbon footprint. I therefore phoned them to say no need to send me the return label. Just to make it clear, I wouldn't order from Tuk Tuk Mart again despite I don't think it's their fault that the items were somehow defrosted in transit.

Great service, I buy my rice and noodles from them. They made a mistake in my order once, but replied to my query and sent out the correct product the next day.

A really great experience. They were sold out of a couple of the items but were very quick to seek out replacements and make sure I was happy with them. Their customer service is A+.

I did order frozen foods and they arrived thawed which was disappointing. We quickly put them back into the freezer and are just hoping for the best because many of them had meat in and probably shouldn't be re-frozen.

We ordered fresh produce and it arrived in amazing condition! Absolutely thrilled because fresh produce can be hard to find even in Tesco etc. Ours was clearly fresh and well handled.

The product range is really great and we spanned multiple different cuisines. I was excited they have natto because that can be really hard to find too.

Prices are good too with most things being competitive and a few items even cheaper than elsewhere.

Other than the thawed frozen products I have no complaints at all and we will certainly be returning customers.
