Perfect as always! I love how Oriental Mart always reuse packaging! And the way the package things is so smart too, to fit everything in a neat box. I have had some funky shape packages from them before but always loved it. Thank you!

Had what i wanted, good price, quick delivery.

Well priced products and good delivery. Will use them again. I didn’t order any fresh or frozen so can only comment on the dry goods but everything as described and cheaper than many other Asian stores.

Fast delivery

I placed an order for some products and their website states "Delivery time within 5 days".
After the items not arriving in time and as a result we missed a deadline, I phoned their customer help line only to be told that items purchased are picked from stock in 3-5 days and then dispatched through Royal Mails 48hr service!
This makes your average delivery time 9-10 days and not the 5 days as you are led to believe!

Have ordered from here twice, easy to use website, large selection of products and quick delivery. Everything came packaged safely, will definitely keep buying from here.

Overpriced compared to other Asian supermarkets.

We have been purchasing food items from the Oriental Supermarket chain for over 25 years now, the huge selection of products from a wide range of countries to say the least is truly amazing, which is constantly being expanded on a weekly basis.
As we are getting older now and the journey to the store has got somewhat tiresome, now we just order online with the Oriental Mart website as the choice is amazing. They are truly a professional company in every aspect, nothing is too much trouble for them, backed up with their 5 star customer service. Fresh or frozen is not a problem, as all are packed well with ice packs included for a speedy delivery.

The overall quality of goods is acceptable. However, I have experienced that the fresh vegetable I received was actually frozen. Furthermore, the delivery service will need to be improved. They just put my stuff at the porch instead of my doorway despite the clear requirement.

Well this has become my new favourite shop. I bought several items, from Korean bowls to delicious foods. I have to say that everything food wise that I bought was 5* but the Citron tea was absolutely outstanding. In fact, it's all gone already and I need to buy more. Another mention is their fresh Kimchi.
I can not recommended this shop enough. The prices are great as is the quality
