I love these clear ice makers. They really work! I have the football (American), Soccer (football), Skull, Diamond, D20, Barrel and they all work great. For best result (crystal clear) freeze slowly, no cooler than -18 C

Terrible communication and customer support. My order has been in transit for over two months. The order is clearly lost, and after reporting the issue, they promise to "keep me updated". Not a single word after weeks. Two emails later, they promise to "look into it", "confirm the package is lost", then will provide a refund. It has since been 3+ weeks. Confirming a package as lost should not take this long. Still no refund. I have decided to file a credit card dispute, should be an easy win. Terrible business practice making the customer jump through hoops and constantly email, still to get nothing done. Any other reputable company would have provided my refund immediately after the first email.

Awesome company, the ice molds they sell work well and their customer support was happy to provide plenty of great tips and info about how to best use the molds.

Ice shapes are fun and the support is great. Setting my freezer temp just a little higher made the ice much better and not putting the base back in the freezer when it's still mostly frozen from the last cube. The ICE truly does last longer. Had some extras for a party and dropped them in the ice bucket with regular cubes by the end of the night they were still a lot larger than I expected.

The mini ice molds work great and do not take up too much space in the freezer! The hardest part is choosing which shape to put into your glass. We have several (the sphere, barrel, square, D20).

Wonderful product! Our freezer is a little colder than recommended, do we just put a little insulation around the metal and we have beautiful clear ice.

Great products and excellent customer service. All of my orders arrived on time and as expected. I have seven Glazer mini molds and have bought several as gifts. I highly recommend their products.

If you take a bit of time to test out different approaches then this product produces brilliant results. I've found using boiled water that has been allowed to cool (not completely) and putting it in the door of my freezer rather then the main space itself produces perfectly clear ice. I have the freezer set to -14 degrees C. On top of that the customer service is excellent and has been really helpful in improving the quality of the ice.

I LUST for a chunk of crystal clear ice for the longest time now- it remained out of reach as I tried everything to make my clear ice. Nada, nothing worked. I have no idea how I found this business. At first thought I was looking at a furniture website. I saw the presses, but I couldn't get my hands on clear ice to press. Bugger. Then I saw the mini glazer! Bloody hell! It had everything built in. Within minutes I had a D20 mini on order. It arrived pretty quickly (Thanks Ori!), looks a million dollars and was in the freezer within 20 minutes. My first CIB had a little opaque ice in the bottom but I managed to eliminate that by playing with the freezer settings to make it slightly warmer, slowing the rate of freezing. Then I bought the iconic ball and it hit the spot HARD. Awesome results; bought ANOTHER ball! I did find that my D20 loses its numbers quite fast because they are very shallow., hopefully that can be sorted. I'd also like to be able to purchase a bulk pack of plastic inserts, they don't last long if used as directed. The support mob are very responsive and great to interact with. You've made me a happy man! I'm going to grow my collection of balls. Love them!

Was looking for ice molds and as usual, advertisements started popping up on instagram. Wasn’t disappoint with my purchases! What a great product for whiskey lovers, not to mention the comments I get on how nice and clear the ice is for my other whiskey loving guests. Customer support is very friendly and helpful too. Won’t hesitate to purchase more in the future. Great work team!

I bought the Glazer Mini through Kickstarter. I really liked the idea of what it can do.

I then got it, and I was disappointed because I couldn't make clear ice cubes like it was intended to.

I was then sent the Clear Ice Cap.

I was excited to try again. The cap was what I needed. Now my ice cubes are clear.

I am now inspired to use the Glazer Mini again.

Love the Halo smoker, so much so, I ordered 2 more (1 for each son)! Ori Future is a great company to work with. I had lost my combustion tray to the smoker and submitted a query to find out how to get a replacement. They responded by saying they found my order for 2 more smokers and included some trays in that order. I didn't ask them to do that, they just did it on their own. That is GREAT Customer Service. The designs are great. I got my first mold last year as a gift and have since bought 3 more with different molds. Ori Future has improved the quality of the molds and the plastic cups considerably in just this short time. Very impressed.
