I have previously written here warning buyers to wave off this company, that it was a scam and I had not received my product. AND I was insulted and frustrated by their customer service team, as well. LET ME AMMEND that statement... I was only previously in touch with one person (who has since been let go), and they were the ones that were terribly rude and dismissive of me with my issue. I posted a couple of more times on different platforms and was contacted by another employee at ORI Future, and the entire situation was completely resolved, I received my product (plus!), and their communication was wonderfully flawless! So many companies ignore the fact that customer service should be taken more seriously, that it can make or break a reputation. I appreciated their honesty, their swift action, and the kindness they showed me. Thank you, ORI Future, I will be back!

Great product, really easy to use, doesn’t take up too much space in the freezer. Tips that helped me: 1). Use boiled tap water that’s been cooled 2). Push plastic lining in all the way 3). Freeze slowly 4). Take pictures and send them to customer support cause they can troubleshoot what problem you might be having so that your ice is be as clear as possible

Update: I was able to get in touch with customer support after my original post. They were responsive, and shipped the missing mold quickly. I changed my review from 2 stars to 4.

Placed an order for two of the molds and some plastic liners. Order arrived with only one of the molds. Sent two e-mails, no reply. Tried the online chat option on their site. The bot asked for contact information and then goes silent. No replies to any input. For those that had a good experience, I'm happy for you. For anyone considering placing an order, I'd recommend looking elsewhere as customer service seems to be nonexistent. The mold I did get was nicely built, but only half the ice comes out clear. I'd recommend looking elswhere

These Ice Molds are amazing. Make sure to read the instruction book and use the tips they have on the website. The Ice comes out crystal clear!!

I WANT TO HIGHLY WARN BUYERS!!! BEWARE!!!!! This company is ripping people off! I originally pledged on Kickstarter but never received my items — even though I spent a lot of money! I tried for 11 months to either get a refund or receive my items, but all they said was "that it shipped and was delivered, and there was nothing else they would do about it." I never received it; there was never a delivery notification (from ANYONE) about it, nor a heads-up about shipping it. All I have received from them is negativity, lies, and then straight-up ghosting.

Not completely clear ice, top 2 3rds is clear, I had the skull, the base was cloudy. There was still some water in the bottom of the cup, so it wasn’t left too long, it just shows there is either not enough room in the reservoir, or it is freezing too uniformly, ie not directional (top down)
I have a true cubes box which is proper directional freezing and it always perfect.

Update to the review, added 2 stars as although my experience wasn’t fully clear ice, after reaching out they have helped me try rectify the problem, offered a replacement or refund with lots of ideas to try and sort the issue.
Customer service is top notch which makes me a lot happier with my experience

This is my seventh order from this company. The delivery is super fast as usual, and the ice turns out crystal clear. I also bought a smoker from ori, and honestly, it feels far too premium compared to any torch smoker or other type of cocktail smoker I've used. If you haven't tried this type yet, you definitely should!

The Glazer mini figure mold set works perfectly to obtain crystal clear ice blocks for cocktail or cold brew use. It is handy and easy to use. Perfect for self use or as gifts to buddies. Would be great if they add more figure shapes to the series, e.g. iron man, labubu, batman, brand figures, etc.

The molds make great cubes and are so far better than a traditional cube for drinks. Easy to set up and with just a little bit of warm water they come apart really easy to release the cube.

perfect gift for my father. He will love it. I will definitely do business with them again.

I have used my Glazer mini ice molds several times now, and love them. I was delivered one incorrect mold in the set, and customer service rectified the problem immediately. I have been more than happy with the product

Love the Glazer Mini. Easy to use and does a great job. Had one minor issue and customer service was great, resolved it right away.

The molds create nice and detailed ice. I’ve had some trouble with the ice being cloudy, when I contacted Ori about it their customer service was quick to respond and gave a couple solutions to help.

I initially gave a bad review but working with their customer service was a very positive experience.

I bought the D20 Glazer Mini for myself, my brother, and a friend (fellow childhood DnD nerds), and it's a great product that works well. So well that I also bought the skull and sphere molds.

I see some recent reviews here on TrustPilot that indicate trouble with orders but I've had zero issues across 4 orders (2 for me and 2 for the gifts)!

I got the D20 ice mould, very, very nice product, works as described. My only issue was the time to ship, it came later than when I initially needed it. That being said, it was over Christmas, and was overseas shipping, which I didn’t realise.

When I was chasing the order up, the customer service was great (Betty), did what they could to help, but as the item had already been dispatched, it was just a waiting game.

Overall, I’ve had a pleasant experience, and I will certainly buy other products from here as they are fantastic, I’ll just leave a few weeks for the shipping!!

I ordered from this company before Christmas and still have not received my package. I emailed them and they said another order was being sent. I still haven’t received it. Getting ready to contact better business bureau.

My experience with Ori Future has been A+. First order came when it was expected and the products worked perfectly. Great clear ice spheres and Santa’s. Liked them so much I ordered another sphere and barrel mold. I promptly received the order but the barrel mold was a golf ball mold. I contacted the company and they responded within the hour. Sent some photos as requested to verify what I received and they quickly resolved the error with a new barrel mold shipped on its way to me. Betty was extremely helpful and responsive. I asked where I should return the golf ball mold and they gifted it to me which I will gift to my son-in-law. I am very happy with the service and the products!

I placed an order 30886 and paid for expedited shipping and never received the order. I have reached out via email several times at the support email with no response. The tracking page still has not been updated. I would not buy from this company.

Update: The company did reach out and refunded my purchase and sent me a small gift as well.

My order was never delivered. When I ordered, the website said it would be here my Christmas. Not only was it never delivered, but customer service has ignored my multiple attempts to reach out to them. I have also received no shipping updates since the site claimed it was shipped at the beginning of December. This site feels like a scam.

Update: I have now emailed three times, have called twice, and tried to use the online chat tool. All of my attempts have been ignored. Do not buy from this website it is clearly a scam.

I ordered and paid for 10 plastic liner cups from ORI Future (Order #4241) and only 5 were delivered.

After I provided photos as requested, customer support claimed the items were an “upgraded” version and decided—without my consent—to ship half the quantity ordered. No replacement was sent and no refund was offered.

The “upgraded” cups failed under normal use, leaving me with 2 usable cups out of the 10 I paid for. Despite multiple follow-ups, the company refused to correct the order or make it right.

Based on this experience, I do not recommend this company. Order placed October 2025; issue unresolved as of December 2025.

06 Jan 2026 Update – Order Completed

ORI Future did send the remaining plastic liner cups that were originally ordered and paid for.

While the resolution took longer than expected and required multiple follow ups, I do appreciate that the company ultimately honored the original order. Once the remaining items were shipped, the issue itself was resolved.

Buyers should be aware that resolving fulfillment issues may take some persistence, but in this case the company did eventually make it right.
