Ordered 2 chairs and 1 coffee table…
Ordered 2 chairs and 1 coffee table from them. The chairs from Ethnicraft came packed very well. They are comfortable and chic. The coffee table was packed up in a crate, so the marble wouldn’t be damaged. Shipping company was fast and called me 1 hour before delivery.

Ordering with oroa was easy. Took a bit of time for the delivery but they have responsive customer service. Delivery was fine, at the end really happy with our corner sofa. Thank you Max for your help.

Over 4 months and counting to receive an "in stock" piece
They have been stringing us along about the ETA, we were supposed to receive a table early september, that we ordered in July, We are now November 1st and still no table! They keep finding excuse, and pretended it was the first time this happened! I just did some research and it's apparently a very common issue with them!

Beware of this shady company
Item took over a month to send with them giving no notifications of the delay. It came over Christmas and they won’t take it back now because they say it’s a 7 day return policy. They also charge a 20% restocking fee
