That’s certainly not the experience we want for you or your parents. 💛

Regarding the lid, many of our glass lids are designed with a removable handle for safe packaging and shipping protection, which means a small amount of assembly is required. However, the lid itself should never arrive scratched or marked, and we sincerely apologize if this happened in your case. This is not the quality standard we aim to deliver.

We’re also sorry to hear about your experience when cooking eggs. While our pans are designed to support healthier cooking with reduced need for coatings, performance can depend on factors such as heat level, oil usage, and cooking method. That said, we would be very happy to look into this further with you.
